We've been coming to Crescent City 4-years running, this meeting our 5th visit. Always going to The Apple Peddler at least once during our stay. Yesterday, we got checked in at our hotel and headed for The Apple Peddler for dinner.
We noticed a "Help Wanted" sign in the window. In addition, they always had colorful pie recommendations painted on the front windows... Nothing. That is just window dressing, we were both so very hungry.

We found our server to be extremely unfriendly. She was very hateful to another table and we unfortunately had to hear that grotesque treatment. She then came to our table saying " foreigners". I lost my appetite completely.
Excellent service. Clean and colorful atmosphere. Great food.
