It's just an average place to stop along the coast. There are definitely better and worse places to stop.. staff was ok but pretty short-handed. I'm kind of disappointed but not horrible
I make it a point to come here for breakfast at least once every time I visit Crescent City and this morning was the best it’s ever been - got the French toast plus plate with warm apples on the side and hashbrowns too. Our server was super friendly and attentive, our coffee cups were never empty.

We've been coming to Crescent City 4-years running, this meeting our 5th visit. Always going to The Apple Peddler at least once during our stay. Yesterday, we got checked in at our hotel and headed for The Apple Peddler for dinner.
We noticed a "Help Wanted" sign in the window. In addition, they always had colorful pie recommendations painted on the front windows... Nothing. That is just window dressing, we were both so very hungry.
