Update: Went again. Before 6 am, they were open. Bella was wonderful. I hope she is there next time I visit.

The last 3 visits to this location, the sausage and egg McMuffins have had TONS of eggshells in them. Just a warning to others, don't order these during breakfast. Someone in the kitchen doesn't know how to properly crack eggs or they just don't care. I'm going with the latter.

I eat here more than id like to. Its not the best choice. But if im going to settle for it, can they at least not make it worse by handing me dry crunchy amd burnt tasting fries? It happens everytime the older female is working. I can play darts with these fries with how stiff they are

The staff must be so overworked and tired or so short staffed they can’t seem to ever get an order right. You have a 40% chance to get your order right. I’ve had missing items I paid for, and plenty of customized orders that didn’t come out how I asked. Like I asked for a caramel hot fudge Sunday and got only fudge, or asked for no onions on a burger and instead got extra onions. The service is just so unreliable and each season it seems like they completely change out there staff to the point I don’t think anyone works here for more than 3 months

Go anywhere else staff sucks dont know what their doing will mess up you order argue about it. Manager is clueless dont make online orders they dont make the food prior so you show up 30 minutes late food isnt done

I'm a full-time resident and homeowner of Crestline for the past 8 years. The food quality at this particular location is beyond terrible. Management is non-existent. Drive-thru service is consistently inconsistent. Inside is always dirty along with the restrooms.
Owners of the franchise often on the premises and seems to be oblivious to franchise guidelines.
