“went there tonight, I guess they were getting ready to close. the guy still seated us and served us prime rib dinner and salmon dinner. it was so good, and super friendly service. the cook was great, I had to have her brought out so I could thank her personally. got some great cakes to take home, and those were so tasty. “One of the best bakeries on the mountain! I feel so blessed to only live a couple miles away, I was told that it’s a rotating menu and what I had the other week was INSANELY good!!! I can’t stop thinking about the gooey pistachio bar, and everything else we got (strawberry white chocolate bar, carrot cake, jams) SOOOO amazing. Don’t let a couple other reviews about customer service stop you from trying this DELICIOUS bakery! Everyone has bad days, and in my experience we actually received excellent customer service. “Some of the best chicken I've ever had. My go to is a 3 piece chicken strip box with the mashed potatoes. There are times they are out of some of the sides and I decid to go somewhere else but the food is good. The works are amazing.”

“Having just moved to town, this coffee shop became one of our very first introductions to Crestline and it could not have been a better welcome.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere reflected everything you hope for in a small mountain town: warm, inviting, and genuinely personal. There’s an authenticity here that immediately makes you feel like a local, even on your first visit.

The menu is thoughtfully curated with a wide variety of options ranging from handcrafted coffee drinks to smoothies, making it approachable and easy to navigate without feeling overwhelming. Every item felt intentionally selected to cater to both regulars and newcomers alike.

What truly elevated the experience, however, was the hospitality. The shop is locally owned and operated by an incredibly kind woman whose compassion and attentiveness toward every guest was impossible not to notice. That level of genuine care is rare and it leaves a lasting impression long after you finish your drink.

Places like this are what give towns their character, and it’s safe to say this won’t be our last visit.”

Stopped in looking for a milkshake, and when I saw they had a root beer shake (my favorite) that was an instant yes. Hadn’t visited before since the menu wasn’t updated on here and so I thought they didn’t have any veggie options - but that’s changed since they re-opened last year. They now have a fully vegan burger option (with homemade 1000 Island dressing from the famous Vegan Korner located in Grand Terrace, CA) AND the option to sub an Impossible patty on any of their other burgers. They also now offer zucchini fries, too!

It’s a little spendy for the Impossible patty substitution ($5.99), but that seems to be the case in a lot of places. I am just stoked that they even offer it as an option now. I will report back when I have a chance to try it - glad I stopped by, will definitely be back!

“We were promptly seated upon our arrival. We were hoping to see the Dodgers on their TV which was missing the remote. Staff did an admirable job trying to get the game on the TV using the manual buttons but could not get the station. All 4 of us were given glasses of water, but the server handled glasses from the top placing her fingers on the brim which is quite unsanitary. As a result, we drank our water using straws. Early on we ordered a side of guacamole which seemed to have been forgotten. We reminded our server again when our food arrived. The food was good. The tamale was hard, but overall, all the food was tasty. I would return again, but please don't handle the drink glasses where people put their mouths. Yuk!”

“If you live in Fontana try this place out. It is kind of tucked away, but worth the trip. Went on a really hot day. After I ordered I sat and waited at a table. The owner brought me a cup of sweet tea which was really refreshing, at no charge. How often does that happen nowadays. I ordered several things to try, but the one item that really sticks out was the dim sum shao mai. They were so tasty and HUGE! My son really enjoyed the orange chicken, which is something that I typically don’t like, but it was really good. Definitely tasted like it was actual fresh chicken and not some frozen chicken that was used. Everything tasted great and I’ll plan to come back.”

“Conveniently located right next to the cinema, this spot is perfect for a pre-movie meal. The pizza is excellent and highly affordable, including a great $2.50 slice. The service is always friendly, and the menu has plenty of options I look forward to trying in the future. “In & Outs remind of an a 50s hangout spot. Where teens would go hang out ..reminds me of tht movie Grease. Love the environment. & I also come here for their ICE ..im an ice eater & jus LOOOVE their ice..I would make trips for a an Xtra large drink just to fill it up w ICE. They have this type of chewable ice in san bernardino. I wish all their spots had this type of ice”

“This was my first time ever at CAVA, and as someone who loves Mediterranean food, I genuinely could not have asked for a better first experience!

Jane was absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in. Since I had never been to CAVA before, she took the time to walk me through everything... from the different proteins and toppings to the sauces and all the options for building my bowl. She even shared some of her personal favorites and popular customer choices, which made figuring out my first order so much easier. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and welcoming and never made me feel rushed.

Julian, who helped me at the register, was just as kind and informative. The customer service from both of them really stood out and made me feel genuinely welcomed.

Then, to top off an already amazing first experience, they surprised me by making my meal on the house for my first visit and told me they hoped I enjoyed everything and would come back. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture and really speaks to the level of hospitality at this location.

And the food absolutely lived up to the experience! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and I loved being able to customize my bowl with so many different Mediterranean flavors and ingredients.

Between the delicious food and the exceptional service from Jane and Julian, my first CAVA experience was a 5/5. They definitely turned a first-time customer into a returning one. I'll absolutely be back!”
