“So happy The A is now vegetarian and vegan friendly!
Stopped in looking for a milkshake, and when I saw they had a root beer shake (my favorite) that was an instant yes. Hadn’t visited before since the menu wasn’t updated on here and so I thought they didn’t have any veggie options - but that’s changed since they re-opened last year. They now have a fully vegan burger option (with homemade 1000 Island dressing from the famous Vegan Korner located in Grand Terrace, CA) AND the option to sub an Impossible patty on any of their other burgers. They also now offer zucchini fries, too!
It’s a little spendy for the Impossible patty substitution ($5.99), but that seems to be the case in a lot of places. I am just stoked that they even offer it as an option now. I will report back when I have a chance to try it - glad I stopped by, will definitely be back!
P.S. The root beer shake was GREAT!“

“In & Outs remind of an a 50s hangout spot. Where teens would go hang out ..reminds me of tht movie Grease. Love the environment. & I also come here for their ICE ..im an ice eater & jus LOOOVE their ice..I would make trips for a an Xtra large drink just to fill it up w ICE. They have this type of chewable ice in san bernardino. I wish all their spots had this type of ice“

“This place is bomb. A coworker recommended it. I walked in and told the girl in line behind us to go ahead because we had never been there before. She said me either! And we all laughed about that. This place is cool tho. Laid back vibe, friendly employees. The burger…probably the best I have ever had, no joke. This is exactly how I like them. A real smash burger with crispy edges. Double was $8 and it comes with grilled onion, bacon, cheese, sauce and you can add a lot of other stuff. Fries were perfect, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and good seasoning. When we left we said thanks and the guy in the back said “hey see you guys tomorrow?” I was like…yeah lol…cause he might. If not tomorrow we will for sure be back very soon. Give this place a chance, you won’t be sorry.“

“OK, I have lived away from Fontana for many years graduated in 1962 from FOHI .... anyway, forever, wherever I go I try to find a Peppi's pastrami sub sandwich that equals to the original Peppi's of years ago quality and taste!!! “The Blue Jay blue cheese burger at Spade and Spatula is amazing (wagyu beef patty, gorgonzola crumble, balsamic glaze, candied bacon, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato). Wagyu beef comes from Japanese cows that are fed a special diet. The beef is a different color from regular hamburger meat, and it tastes much different and much better. My waitress Isca was dressed as Krampus, the horned being that travels with St. Nick to deal with the not so nice children. Spade and Spatula has wonderful food and great service.“

“If you never been to John’s burger, I really recommend you come and check them out. Great customer service great freaking burgers. They keep it old school here so the atmosphere is great as well and I’m telling you you’re not gonna be disappointed with these burgers I got four combos for me and my kids“

The burger and fries were good but could use a unique twist, and the price was fitting. The strawberry lemonade was tasty too. The staff were really kind and polite. Would visit again! “My visit to Maiz Cafe was such a great experience. The staff was welcoming, checked in on us throughout our meal, and made us feel right at home. I tried a fresh made-to-order pineapple and watermelon agua fresca. It was refreshing and the sooo sweet. The surf and turf bowl was hearty, with tender steak and juicy shrimp. The asada omelette was stuffed with well-seasoned meat. We also had the chocolate chip pancake, which was super fluffy and a great side for my breakfast craving.
One of my favorite parts of the meal was trying the house-made salsas. The habanero definitely stole first place for me with its bold flavor and spicy kick. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, making it a spot where you can either enjoy a relaxed brunch or grab something quickly through the drive-thru.
Overall, Maiz Cafe is a great brunch place to recommend, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.“

“I recomend I order pulled pork nachos they did come out cold but the beers on tap were ice cold. and the bartenders raquel n luis were great bartenders with excellent customer service skills. I did however inquire about thier rewards program and luis explain to me that right now the rewards program was messed up and it couldnt get points because I never use a card here beforem. no worries septembers get that's fixed tho“

“Skip the dominos next door and enjoy a real pizza from Osorio’s! Excellent flavor and freshness. We had a delicious half pepperoni, half veggie pizza, garlic knots, and buffalo wings. I was also very happy that our order of garlic knots came with a small soda cup full of marinara. Some places really skimp on that, but not here. Recommended!“

“This is a nice and clean restaurant that serves more than just burgers. There is also a limited Mexican menu and breakfast type meals and sandwiches, so I guess you can say it's a multitasking family friendly eatery. But I came for a burger since...well...BurgerMania. I had the pastrami burger with a side of onion rings and a medium drink. Unfortunately, the onion rings are a one-size order, and the order was huge. Not beer battered though, which is my standard, but still good with a rather thin ranch dressing dip. The burger patty was charbroiled and somewhat thin but really savoury. (A note on the pastrami: the chefs have added chili powder to the pastrami, so a kudo for originality, though the chili taste may not be to everyone's liking). With the soft bun and the tomato and lettuce, the burger was what I consider well-rounded and fairly nutritious. Like all soft buns, this one disintegrated quickly, but I got it all down without too much left on the table. If you are a dimension freak, the burger was about 3.5 inches tall and about 6 inches in diameter. The drink bar was the standard type, but be warned, some drink do not have free refills. On the whole, a very decent burger and bountiful onion rings, but the whole set of offering are not too different than what you might find at any generic burger shop like Legends, or Phil's or this restaurant's closest competitor, BurgerTown. I went with a friend who ordered the same, and we agreed that this would be a place worthy of a repeat visit.“

“We have lived in the area for 13 years & today was the first time we ate here. It is clean, like very clean inside, that was nice. The food was really good, I had a steak sandwich and my guy had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, the fries were delicious & we will definitely be back for breakfast and lunch again!“

“Food was done correct no issues there of course it's fast food but took awhile for the person to give me my order at the window( ordered online ) but it was late and I don't know how many were staffed that night but all n all my order was correct the area is ok there's alot of restraunts and fast food buildings in the area so it's a pretty busy area be cautious ⚠ there are not many good drivers in this area but that comes with living in California“

“One of my favorite places to haul for. My company has a contract with them and anytime I see them on my dispatch info I’m a happy man. Friendly employees, preloaded trailers, clean restrooms. Even when the trailers aren’t preloaded it takes them an hour max to load them. Every store I’ve delivered to also unloads me within the hour, and they always have coffee brewed. Overall, a fantastic company.

She’s one of the only mangers I’ve ever seen out on the floor helping when I visit ! “I was JUST here and it was so epic! Angela was so nice/Angie she helped us with our meal, and was very talkative and fun to talk to. She was very hardworking to keep the place neat. The girl in the front I don't know her name but she was very nice, and helpful to us she's a brunette girl and very nice, for Angela since she was so kind and hardworking I gave her a 20 dollar too because really no one notices how hard she works.“

Why some fast food kitchens put yellow mustard on burgers is beyond me, shocking! lol. Carl's sauce is great.
Mustard is important for hot dogs and links though, I admit 🌞.
