We live in Lake Arrowhead. The food was okay. We got what we did not order and there was no apologies or even a suggestion to change the plate. With so many good restaurants in the area, Oscar's need to up their game.

I tried this food a couple different times and I came back with the same opinion each time. unfortunately the food sucks. no flavor!!! I will not go back to this place and I wont go to the second restaurant (OMG) they own either. I will spend my money somewhere better.

I don't understand how this business has 4 stars, I ordered a chicken burger with fries for delivery, the fries weren't cooked, the burger was very poorly made, I can't believe they get away selling that to people, they brought me hot sauce no ketchup, also the site didn't properly process my order for nachos, which isn't there fault, but when I called to reorder the twerp answering the phone was of no help whatsoever and hung up on me, the owner is an amazing cook, I understand he can't do it all alone but please at least hire someone who knows how to cook, and a host/waiter that possess customer service skills, and can run/ represent your business while your away.

Food is inconsistent. Order a dish one day and it's different the next time you go. The molcajete is their most expensive dish and its poorly made with no care raw nopal and slightly warm molcajete when its usually supposed to be searingly hot. They did raise their price on this dish and thats ok normally if it matched the quality but falls short. I have tried it 5 times and they still don't make it good. Their appetizers are good, and the salsas are all amazing! Anything fried tastes good.
