Rim Bowling & Entertainment Center

Overpriced run down bowling alley with staff that all lack personality. They call it glow bowling but there was no glow. It’s $45 an hour for one lane we had 2 and tried to book another hour at 9 the staff took 20 minutes to book the lane and still charged $90 and then put the lights up at 9:48 when they close at 10pm. They charged for a full hour we got 30 minutes. This place is the example of why businesses fail. I feel like I got scammed. Food is frozen and cheap but priced high. I couldn’t even eat it. The kids had an alright time but they didn’t get their pockets picked. I will not be back I will travel down the mountain to pay less and get so much more. Back in the day this place was awesome, new ownership is obviously lacking integrity. I wanted it to be good but it was horrible and the staff like I mentioned before made me and my party feel uncomfortable and like we were bothersome. All in all paid $180 for
1 and a half hours and $200 on food and drink. Mind you the food is store bought frozen and marked up like crazy. This is a warning go to all the families on the mountain take the time to travel down the hill and get a lot more for so
Much less. First and last time at this bowling alley.

What a fun place to go

Even if you are from out of town this place is amazing!!! Was visiting for the weekend and decided to stop by and we were pleasantly surprised by how great this place was. Staff is so nice, food is fresh and DRINK SPECIALS!!! Need i say more?? Fine, also pool table and claw machines!!! The benches are actually comfortable rather than hard chairs you find at other places. Really really enjoyed ourselves, we will be back for sure!!!

Took my kids here and we loved it! They’re pizza is SO GOOD!

Took our family recently and had a wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful staff and there was lots of space. Kids liked the arcade and while we weren’t very good at bowling our kids (and us) all had fun.

Excellent service! New owner is amazing. So friendly and welcoming environment here. Had great time! Tequila shots only $5 all day long!

I see that this place is under new ownership. This is just a friendly review of constructive criticism. Please as a small community keep this place true to its original retro vibe and charm. That means playing oldies and keeping the original staff and aesthetics. The staff are the face of the place. It's comforting and welcoming to see the same girls. We know them and love them. Especially Kandice!!! Happy to see the addition of cosmic bowling, but I was not happy hearing the song from Wicked and the music of Camila Cabello. I want to hear the music from the 70s and 80s that they usually play. I don't want to hear what I hear everyday at work.

I live in Redlands and was saddened to see Empire Bowl's remodel and how cold and unfeeling it and the staff now are. It has lost its decades of cultivated charm. Also sad to see no candy on offer today at Rim. That makes me very sad. Please listen to your long time loyal customers and keep the originality and retro personality.

Not that crowded at the time, that we went just the way my wife and I like it.

The facility isnt modern or fancy, it's real and the people that work there are friendly, happy vibes

Best bowling is at Rim Bowling and Pizzaria Crestline in the SB mtns!! I have more fun here than anywhere when it comes to bowling folks and pizza! MmmMmmMmm!
