Top Town Cafe was such a cozy and cheerful spot to visit. I went there with someone and saw a lot of teenagers enjoying breakfast and talking with their friends. The atmosphere felt warm and homey, with rustic decor and a friendly energy that made the whole place feel comforting. The service was quick and welcoming, which teenagers would appreciate when they want to grab something tasty without waiting too long. The value was excellent because the portions were big and the prices were low, which is perfect for teenagers who want something filling without spending too much. The quality of the food was great, especially the pancakes and omelets, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. We stopped for a hot drink and had quick chatting with the owner. The place has history, was a brothel and a speak easy back in the day. Interesting atmosphere. I'll definitely visit again with more time to spend

Our family has dined here many times over the years since my parents live nearby, but after yesterday’s experience, we will not be returning. I was shopping next door and stopped in briefly to use the restroom due to an absolute emergency. The man waiting tables was incredibly rude and said that if I was not dining at that moment, I could not use it. I explained that we are frequent customers and that it was an emergency, especially with the pouring rain outside, but he still refused without any empathy. Ironically, this is someone who has waited on our family before.
This business clearly does not value its customers. We operate our own family owned business and would never treat people this way, especially loyal repeat customers. Anyone is welcome to use our restrooms without needing to purchase anything, and we have found that basic human decency brings customers back. Policies like this only backfires. The overall vibe was very unwelcoming and disappointing, and after being treated this way, we will not be dining here again.

I love trying new Diners and this one didn't dissappear. I got the chorizo plate, very delicious. The staff were very cool. The locals came in and seem to love the place too. I'd definitely go back.

It's sad to see how slow it is when we visit now. Everyone is nice and the food is great. Still no alcohol?
Wish I took pictures of my food, but I was famished. Absolutely get the chicken fried steak for breakfast. Covered in gravy, seasoned to perfection, crispy just the right way, HOT!! when served. Bacon, eggs, hashbrowns all cooked just as perfect as the chicken fried steak.

went there tonight, I guess they were getting ready to close. the guy still seated us and served us prime rib dinner and salmon dinner. it was so good, and super friendly service. the cook was great, I had to have her brought out so I could thank her personally. got some great cakes to take home, and those were so tasty. I will definitely be going back to try more of there menu.

This is a quintessential American cafe. I popped in for breakfast. The cafe was busy but I got a seat straight away and the lovely waitress/owner was very attentive. The eggs and sausage were nice and hot and tasty and the coffee kept on being refilled. The banquette seats although full of character do really need recovering.
