Waited 20 minutes for our orders to be taken, waited 45 minutes for the food, food wasn’t great. It was hot in there. Other customers were asking if they would be eating today. Place wasn’t busy at all. My drink was empty 95% of the time I was there. Waiters were nice but not good at all. They were out of 4 of the things we tried to order. Not a good experience at all. Won’t be going back. Wife cancelled her grilled chicken salad since everyone had gotten their food except her after an hour.

WOW! I highly recommend the cheeseburger and fries. I thought I was at a backyard BBQ. It was a big charbroiled beef patty and very tasty. The fries were perfectly cooked. I'll be back soon!

I liked it when it was the Bear family restaurant because the bears were adorable and the art work was AMAZING ?. I really miss that, but all things considered, The food is really good and the staff is nice and I continue to go over and over. I do recommend it if you are in the area.

This was my first time going here after the ownership. The other 3 times, it was good. This time (3/15/34), the server was very uncomfortable, possibly nurodivergant? Clearly not socially confident. Walking away whilst still talking to him. Secondly, our soup was literally cold. Like it came out of the fridge. Third, the ribs were gross. Fourth, small but worth mentioning, our Ruben sandwich came with no mustard. When I asked for some, the server said "l"yeah" while shrugging his shoulders. Like it was a bizarre question. Fifth the restroom is freezing.
