Carnitas Del Bajio is a family-owned restaurant known for its authentic and carefully prepared food. The Taco plate is highly praised, receiving a 10/10 rating. Guests appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and timely service, making it a great spot for a meal. The meat is well-seasoned, and the overall presentation of the food is excellent. Although one visitor encountered a staff member with a less-than-friendly attitude, the overall experience remains positive. The restaurant also offers catering for large gatherings at fair prices, making it a recommended choice for anyone in town.
