I was so disappointed to see this placed closed up today when I walked by. First they discontinued the beef rolls and now no more. Sad

I do not think the mall version does any justice to their og ones in alhambra. The beef noodle soup was good but had poor presentation. I think the whole mall setting of it all made it more of an express type eating style which threw me off but regardless it was good. The prices were reasonable. Not all the items were at the location that I was expecting but it is worth a try or can fix a craving if need be. I would give a try if youre in the mood but I would not expect too much.

The stir fry noodle is one of the best in the city. I go out of my way to get it. Bomb as f****

Beef noodle soup was quite tasty. The broth was flavorful but not overpowering. The noodles were plentiful and had s nice bite to them. The veggies were fresh but just ok. Portion was large. The fresh jalapeños were a nice addition to give it a little heat.

Very disappointed. I ordered a veg noodle soup & as a vegan I make sure to ask if it's only veg. I was told yes but found a piece of beef in the soup. Disgusting and unprofessional. Update: cashier lady Rosa started yelling at me saying I am a liar and saying good thing I'm not coming back. Customer service is so bad they should be shut down. If they would of calmly spoke to me instead of yelling at me then I wouldn't be writing this . But definitely will let everyone know about how horrible this place is.

Beef wrap is super delicious. The specially grilled flour burritos, wrap the beef slices with special sauces and parsley rolled together in big plate, they cut into 6 pieces. if you like spicy. The fresh hot sauce on the table is sandwiched in burritos and tastes first class. It is definitely worth tasting.

101 Noodles is my guilty pleasure when going to the Culver City Westfield mall food court. They always have such big portions of well-seasoned, savory Asian eats. Very satisfying and fills me up for a majority of the day. Their portions I can split into two meals. My favorite dish is the Minched Chicken Noodles. They may seem greasy but they never make me break out which is a plus! Their boba tea portions are always generous. My favorites are the Mango Green Tea and the Strawberry Green Tea. The strawberry-flavored tea even has real strawberries in it and is super sweet!

Honestly this place deserves better ratings.. It's really an easy choice if you're craving authentic Chinese food. They have have dumplings and Dan Dan noodles that far surpassed my expectations for a Culver City Food Court store. Above all, I'm a fan (!) of their honey green tea that I inevitably get from here regardless if I choose to get lunch at another food court restaurant. The tea is particularly strong and the sweetness just right.

Amazing, authentic Taiwanese/Chinese food. Nothing like Panda Express or any of those other fast food Americanized Chinese places. Dan Dan Noodles with minced pork are amazing!! So much flavor and perfectly seasoned with a hint of heat. Chinese Long Beans with minced pork on rice. Delicious, crisp green beans, chopped and mixed with flavorful minced pork. Add a little of the green chili blend they give on the side for heat and it is phenomenal. Also, the pork dumplings were almost as good as you get at a full service dim sum restaurant. The dumplings are big and full of juicy minced meat and veggies. If you like authentic Chinese food, that is NOTHING like Mandarin Chinese food (NO Kung Pao Chicken or Chicken Chow Mein here!), you must try this place. It has a pretty limited menu, and they cook to order so it's not as fast as we are used to, but it is well worth the wait!

I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley. Specifically Monterey Park. Which means I know what good Chinese food should taste like. Living on the West Side now it has been difficult to find anything resembling real Chinese food until I found, in the strangest place possible, REAL Chinese food at the food court at the West-field mall in Culver city! I know what you are thinking... I thought the same thing. But if you want the real thing and don't feel like driving all the way to Monterey park or Alhambra then just go to the mall and see for your self!! it is well worth it. Oh if you are a "panda express" Chinese food person you may not like authentic food...But, you should! They don't have the BBQ beef roles at this location but they do at their Alhambra location. Go visit them, you will not regret it.

It's a food court. But The dumplings are legit. I'm not sure if people are looking for ding tai Fung snobby/overrated long lines but this place serves good food with mediocre service :)

101 Noodle Express definitely brought authenticity. I ordered the Beef Noodle Soup for around $9 and it was definitely reminiscent of true Taiwanese beef noodle soups. It was a cold day and I definitely needed a bowl of hot noodles! It should be noted that I ordered for take out. The noodles and beef came in a separate box and the soup came in its own to go box. The food stayed hot enough until I got home so that was a plus. If I could rate this place a 3.5 I would. The only reason I didn't rate it a 4 was because the overall flavor could have been better!
