I called this restaurant on 09/12 around 11:50 AM to ask about their vegan queso, since there was no information on the menu. The person who answered the phone just said “hello.” When I asked if this was 5 Elementos, he did not confirm and instead kept repeating “who is this.” I called a second time thinking maybe he couldn’t hear me well, but had the same experience with the same response. As a customer, I expect at least a basic phone etiquette like answering with the restaurant name and confirming the caller has reached the right place. Instead, I found the interaction rude and unprofessional. I just hang up and decided to order from a different restaurant. I’m sharing this in case the owner cares to address the issue.

Be cautious when ordering the 2 for 1 OG Tacos through UBER EATS. Elementos only gives you two taco mini corn tortillas instead of four (two shells for each taco). My tacos were falling a part due to not having the 2nd shell which made them hard to eat. The carne asada OG Tacos were pretty good. I would order again as long as they don’t skip out on the tortillas.

The food seems like it will be very delicious. We are VERY HUNGRY. But, just for the record, THIS IS A DOORDASH PICKUP ONLY restaurant!!! We have high hopes, which no longer include the prospect of sitting down to eat!
