Horrible customer service I asked for help claiming a reward and the lady at the counter ignored me and called for the next person. Very unsatisfied.

Love it
We no longer have a little pretzel shop on the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, so we were delighted to see Auntie Anne's at the Westfield Shopping Center in Culver City. The menu items are well-priced. Our pretzel bites were warm and fresh. My daughter also ordered an Icee. This is great for a quick bite on the go at the mall.
Drove all the way out here for the Jalapeno and Pepperoni pretzel and it was pretty good. It wasn't the hottest, but it definitely wasn't hard and stale either. The Crenshaw Mall location need to step up their game. I would have this flavor again.

Salted pretzels and blue raspberry icee?nice hit the spot snack to hold me over until I get home. Would be better with mustard on the pretzel. I'm from the East Coast growing up, the best way to eat a warm pretzel. ??
