I had a great experience at the Baja Fresh in Culver City with my daughter. We ordered a Baja Burrito and a quesadilla, and both were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made the visit more enjoyable.
What really stood out was the excellent customer service — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being rushed. It was a simple visit, but everything was done right, and that makes a big difference.

The Baja Bundle is a bait and switch con scheme. They say you’ll get a burrito with sides. They make a burrito HALF the size of a normal burrito here, so you are actually losing value rather than saving the $2 they say you’re saving. Never seen such a blatant defrauding of customer trust. Won’t returns

The food was ok but I won’t come back again, ordered 2 tacos one chicken and one grilled fish, the grilled fish was soooo dry I had to show them and switch it with a fried taco and that was slightly better, the food is fresh but it lacks actual flavor or seasoning in the meat, especially the chicken, it tasted dry and had no flavor whatsoever. Salsas were ok and chips felt stale, definitely not my kind of tacos.

I don't understand why anyone would go to Chipotle if there is a Baja Fresh nearby. The food is so much more flavorful, and not cold in the middle. Your entree includes guacamole at no extra charge, and chips are included. The staff here is super friendly, the store is always clean, and the fresh salsa bar is amazing. Come see how Mexican fast casual should be done!
