I don’t know why this place has the reviews it does - I think the noodle soup is BOMB! I always get the lamb noodle soup. So yummy, still has a kick and the noodles are soft and squishy. So comforting especially when sick. The lamb is also really really good.
Got to meet the owner himself when we went. Noodles were thick and chewy with so much spring and bounciness and the lamb flavored one was soo good. My boyfriend got to spicy option and he enjoyed it. We would come back!! Check this place out if ur ever stop by

Overall pretty good for west LA! The celery etc garnish was fresh - overall ingredient quality and freshness were good! The noodles were good for west LA - seemed a little undercooked or too oily/soggy? Seems they might put oil on the noodles to keep it from sticking together but it was too much oil imo.
The sauce was pretty nice, maybe ratio a little off where it tasted a little oily & not numb...
