Baguette and large pizza slice from the bakery side is SO GOOD!!!

How disappointing! I heard good things so I was so excited to go but had such bad service and such below par food that we will never go back. We bought two items to share each. One breakfast sandwich. It was grilled brioche which sounded yummy. It was cold bread (Not warm at all) and part of the bun was missing, as it fell off in the kitchen because it was stale. When the waiter finally checked back in, we told him the bread was stale. He never heard the word stale before? He said let me learn a new word. So we described the brioche as “old, hard, and dry”. He never said “sorry.” although upon cashing out he gave a small bag of free biscotti for our disappointment but the damage was already done. The other item sounded good on the menu: Warm assorted bread basket with butter and jam. What we received was also disappointing as it wasn’t assorted at all. It was the same bread with assorted sizes but the same bread. It was large bread which I also wasn’t expecting as I thought it would be a nice warm baguette and some other baked bread items. The waiter never offered or brought out water to us. I had to flag someone down to get a refill of my wife’s iced tea and get my first water. There are too many great restaurants in LA to go to a place that just doesn’t care. What a shame. $50 later for some bread and a sandwich that fell apart that we couldn’t normally eat, was completely unacceptable.

I’ve been in so many different restaurants In Los Angeles, and I thought this place gonna be the place, but NO ,my milanesa a caballo was super disappointed , no color , no crispness, no good look , just one egg and it should be a sunny side up and it looks like a boiled egg, I ask for a replacement and they said I should pay for it , it wasn’t about money but it was the worse answer from the waiter

For an expensive coffee, I was disappointed in the quality. Super grainy mocha. Had to dump it out and try to strain it because it was unpleasant to drink. Pastries are ok.

Not sure if this place is trying to be french, italian or maybe austrian, but they miss on all three marks. The location doesn’t help much either, it’s tough trying to make this atmosphere work in a strange new-ish area of culver city that doesn’t know what it wants to be either. We missed the breakfast menu by less than 10 minutes and I knew there was no way this place would be flexible even though I saw dishes I wanted to order still coming out of the kitchen, it was a bummer but we soldiered on. The service is fine but uptight just like most of the crowd in there, stuffy and either nouveau riche or pretending to be. I’d skip the sit in and opt for grabbing a few pretty looking pastry pieces and a coffee to go. Heard good things about the sando window service once a week, hope to try it out sometime, that’s the only reason I’ll be back here on purpose. All though it does sound like a bad episode of “The Bear” so maybe mot.

Breakfast at Bianca was very, very good Eggs Benedict with prosciutto -- my wife's choice -- or smoked salmon -- mine -- were fabulous. My Bloody Mary was first rate, as was my Cappucino. The pastries were beautiful and -- judging from my granddaughter's reaction -- every but as tasty as they looked. My son's crepe stuffed with Nutella was great, he said, and my daughter-in-law looked very pleased with her berries and granola topped with honey. The service was unobtrusive, but crisp and the servers pleasant. The decor was consistent with the food and service, which made for a great experience.

Good food, good vibe, good service by Manny. Parking available in a nearby structure, charged by the hour.

I’ve been here before for breakfast and really enjoyed it—it was great! However, dinner was a different story. I ordered the filet mignon, which came with fries (a more thoughtful side would’ve been appreciated), a pasta dish, and focaccia bread that was just average but priced like a dessert. The total came to $140 before tip, which felt steep for the overall quality.
The food was just okay for the price—nothing memorable except for the dessert, which was excellent. The service was also fantastic, which helped improve the experience. Overall, I’d recommend this place for breakfast, but dinner didn’t live up to expectations.

Bianca is effortlessly stylish without trying too hard, buzzy but not chaotic, refined but still relaxed.
The food? Solid. Their pastries are basically art (get one, even if you’re full). Service was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind…the kind of team that makes you feel looked after without hovering.
Great for a date, a catch-up, or just treating yourself because… why not.

The last time I ate at Bianca I ordered a Nicoise salad. It had at least one broken olive pit in it, they were spread throughout the salad. I pulled out several broken pieces and made a little pile on my plate. I bit down on one by accident and it hurt, but I thought I was okay. I called our server over to alert him. He said he would let the kitchen know. He did not get a manager. He didn’t offer to comp the salad. I called the restaurant two days later when it was apparent I wasn't. I was told the manager would call me back immediately, several hours later I called back again. I was told they had to discuss the situation. I saw a dentist. I did receive an email asking how the dental visit went. I responded that my tooth was bruised and would take about two weeks to heal. Then I heard nothing for many days. Not an apology. Nothing. Then two weeks later I was informed that they would reimburse me for the salad. At that point I could have cared less about the reimbursement but I felt that it is the least they could do for my pain, neglect and proper handling of this situation. The check arrived a couple weeks later. I am still really disgusted with this whole situation. If you value your safety. Eat elsewhere. They do not care.

This whole establishment is garbage don’t plan on coming here. Jacob Cho never got back to me about an incident i had with my food which caused me and my mother to have food poisoning eating the fish pasta. Never gotten a follow up email or concern from management or establishment. Don’t waste your money here not worth it! Just fly to Italy instead you’ll have generous sweet people.

I've been coming to Bianca for a few years now. First only to buy bread and pastries, then I realized they make the best expeesso of Culver City (by far) and now for occasional brunch when my family is in town. The service is outstanding, the quality of some dishes exceed my expectations and the vibe of the people working there is amazing. I really love this place.
