Ordered Uber Eats from this restaurant last night after the Lady Gaga concert. The crispy birrias tacos and quesotacos were muy sabrosos.
I wound up switching meals with my gluten-free travel partner because she thought mine looked better. And we could tell it was a corn tortilla. When I ordered the food again today and asked for the crispy tacos to be gluten free, they called me back and told me those tacos have some flour on them (added during the tortilla frying process).
We are now fascinated because my GF companion had NO stomach issues after eating three of those tacos.
We will be dining in house today to ask questions about where they get their flour from. Will update this review if we solve the mystery! 🕵️

Oh man, the crispy birria tacos were not crispy but since I ordered from UberEats I gave it a pass. They were though really really dry.
The pinto beans and rice, were old and the blandest most flavorless beans I’ve ever had in my life. Overall, tasteless, dry food sadly.

It’s a really great taco truck. We had #6 & #11 and both were incredible! Spendy (30 for both and very moderate portions) but worth it!!!

$26 for 3 tacos, less than 3oz of consumé, and an horchata is just downright criminal. The tacos were soggy and the Birria had zero flavor, would not go to this place if it were the last taco truck in LA.
