The Barista was kind & patient and as I was the last customer she offered me a free espresso. How sweet is that!

Never open according to the store hours online and on the store window
Great coffee, but the Wi-Fi sucks! Would come here more often if they had Wi-Fi that didn't take 30 seconds to open Gmail.

Kinda in the cut but they have a ton of space to sit, including outdoor seating.
Visiting the area on a Sunday morning. The store was empty at 10:00. 2 coffees and banana bread we enjoyed in the front outdoor table. The pastry was small, dry and pricey. I enjoyed my coffee that had a pour over. I haven’t had coffee at a shop in awhile but this very peaceful.
There’s a loft area

I love Blue Bottle coffee but this location unexpectedly opened an hour late, they had a sign on the door and were telling another customer they would refund her money tomorrow. I waited 20 minutes. Just a heads up

Has blue bottle really gone downhill? I've ordered coffee several times and it was worse than McDonald's or Starbucks. The sweet latte I ordered was extremely watered down and they didn't even pull the espresso correctly. Not what i expect from an $8 per iced latte place!
Very inconsistent. A hit or miss and it depends on who’s making it. If I see specific baristas, I keep walking; the espresso is burnt and bitter.

The customer service at this store is horrible and the coffee tastes so bad. They took coffee from the refrigerator which is the same I do at home.

Worst matcha I've ever had lol
Nice and solid coffee option for your visit to Platform. BB is great because they default all their espresso + milk drinks to oat milk, while many others charge for that. The iced NOLA is a must for anyone who hasn’t tried it. This particular location has a nice elevated and bright level in the back, along with amphitheater type seating.

Best latte in Los Angeles
As strictly a grab and go coffee place, I would give them 4 stars... as a place to stay and work out of, I would give them 3 stars. I decided to meet the rating in the middle and give them 3.5 stars, but rounded up to 4 stars cause Google doesn't allow for half stars!First things first, the drinks are pretty good! Each time I've been, the drinks are not bitter or overly sweet like some locations! They are a little pricey ($6+ for a small), but that should be expected in West LA/Culver City. My only other thing is that I got an iced matcha latte and they got it out to me in less than a minute, lol. I literally turned around to put something in my bag and my drink was done. They are def not using the nice matcha, which given that this is a coffee shop, I suppose that is fair. The customer service can be a hit or miss. Sometimes, the barista is very nice and attentive, but sometimes, they seem like they could care less, haha. No big deal since my interactions with the baristas are less than five minutes (including wait time for the drink, lol). Now my biggest kicker is that they have such a lovely sitting area, but it is not convenient at all! They have a spacious loft, large indoor steps to sit at, and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for an abundance of sunlight to come in... but they only have one outlet at the loft, two outlets at the ground level (one at a table and one at the bar top), and one outlet located on the steps. I have seen many people leave because they don't have access to the outlets and don't want to sit on the steps like they're back in college. Not to mention the lovely outdoor private patio they have that does not have internet access/extremely weak internet access or outlets. I think if they invest in power strips or something, they might get more people who want to stay and work in the store. My other gripes is that they don't have their own bathrooms and you have to pay for parking at the Platform parking garage next door ($2 for the first hour, $3 for 2 hours, $5 for 3 hours), but that's really outside of their control, haha.Anyways, grab and go seems to be the best bet here until they try to fix the outlet situation!
Parking: You can park across the street at the Platform parking structure ($2 for the first hour, $3 for 2 hours, $5 for 3 hours). Blue Bottle does not have validation.
