I recently visited this Burger King location and, unfortunately, had a pretty disappointing experience. First, I came in with my service dog, and the staff asked me for documentation, which they really aren’t supposed to do. I stayed polite and just went ahead with ordering because I didn’t want to make a fuss.
The bigger issue was when I got my food and found a short, black, curly hair in my fries. My hair is long and brown, so it definitely wasn’t mine. I waited until another customer left so I could quietly and discreetly let the staff know. I really just wanted to help them be aware of a hygiene issue.
Instead of apologizing, the employee (who may have been the manager) kept insisting it was either my hair or something from the bag. But the bag was given to me by them, and I found the hair right there in the fries at the end of my meal. They didn’t take any responsibility and just kept arguing that it must have been my fault.
I want to make it clear that I wasn’t looking for any kind of free food or compensation. I only let them know so they could improve their hygiene practices. I’m including a photo of my receipt so management can verify the visit and check any footage if needed. I just wanted to let them know discreetly and help them improve, not cause any trouble.
I hope this feedback helps them do better in the future.
