Im usually not one for "upscale burgers" as most have been overpriced trash but burger lounge is very good. As much as i love in and out there is a clear step up in taste here. Also love those crispy edges on the patty. My only gripe is the thousand island application...i ordered online....no place to get extra sauce ON the burger (i get the double patty). I bought some extra thousand island on the side but its very thick and hard to get out of the containers and onto the burger.

Used to be really good. Got the turkey burger and half fries half onion rings. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and stuck together and the burger was overdone to the point of having crispy ends. It was very disappointing. I've been watching at this restaurant chain since I first discovered it while in San Diego. It was one of the best burgers I had to that point. At any rate I hope they put more quality back into their food.
Our order somehow never made it to kitchen. (This is for the Culver City location.) When we finally did get our food, order was wrong (requested no onions on burger). Had to also ask for the ice cream we ordered. For premium prices, expected more. I will say they did comp us a burger. (But this wasn't offered right away.) I've had much better experiences before. Not sure what happened this time.

Our family's go-to spot for the perfect hamburger and fries. We visit at least once per week because the service, food and atmosphere are truly awesome. My favorite burger is the plant-based lounge burger. The crispy patty is what thrills me every time, as it is topped with shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, pickles and their special sauce. The fries and onion rings are hot and crispy.
The team is awesome and we enjoy seeing the shift manager, Cornell. He is funny and adds to our positive experience. They recently took sports off the TV. :( We'd love to catch the Olympics and the upcoming football season. Thank you for the best burger in town!
The general manager Sony was extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone and refused to give me her name. I was only able to find out she was indeed the general manager when calling back and another employee answered and actually told me “yea I’m sorry thanks for calling back Sony is known for being very rude” if you go here avoid Sony SONY IS A TERRIBLE REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT
