I ordered a new dish Risotto with Peas, garlic and scallions and cream. I had ordered grilled chicken breast but they forgot to add it to my order. Boy did it need it. The dish totally lacks flavor. If they added garlic it must have been a hint of garlic. The grilled chicken breast would have added some flavor.To me this "new" dish falls flat and does not reflect their other wonderful dishes. If they were smart they would bring back the Roasted vegetable salad. I successfully lost 10 pounds by eating that salad every day for 3 weeks.

The pasta I ordered on Saturday night was terrible. Dry, no cream. I ordered garlic cream, fettuccine and chicken picata. It looked like maruchan. Dry... I don't recommend it.

I believe this establishment has gone down since my last visit. We entered and it was practically empty. Only 2 other tables occupied and no greeter. Manager seemed to be helping serve while other personnel was handling the take out while we waited to be seated. Table cleanliness eemed sketchy. Oily fingerprinds along the wall side of the booths. Food came out, chicken was undercooked. Tasted like a frozen meal that didnt cook all the way. :( I was too hungry to complain. Never again CPK.

My family and I have been regular patrons to this specific location, but now we are seriously done with this place. We have been patient and understanding when they are short staffed, busy, or made mistakes on our orders. However, what really crossed the line was being disrespected by a server and the manager Luis! Apparently, for the server (forgot her name), you need to be white to get approached quickly. If you are someone of color, she'll take her time. Just a heads up. They racially profile you and will give you the worst service if you aren't white. As for the manager Luis, he is rude, insensitive, unkind, and just flat out unprofessional! Really needs to consider some more training to be in the hospitality industry. My family and I are not looking for the company to reach out to us to "make it right." No one can change what happened and un do the terrible experience my family went through. Not only were we racially profiled, we were humiliated. If CPK wants to rectify the situation, the only thing you can do is hold your team accountable and follow up with some proper training. Maybe you guys will come to find your manager is not in the proper field. I will make sure that all of my family and friends steer clear from this restaurant.
