Not sure if it's just me, but I try to order a biscuit sandwich and I ordered it without sausage because I get sick if I eat pork. What do I put in my order? No sausage. What do I get? Sausage. They've done this multiple times and I'm sick of having to go back and forth. And then the staff starts complaining about me not having meat on my sandwich in Spanish and think I can't understand them. I'd like to order my food without why I'm ordering it. Good LORD.

Came to Carl’s Jr after a long day of doctor’s appointments and this young man Daniel/ shift leader went above and beyond with his customer service. Super friendly and just easy going. After some conversation about the day, he gave us a much needed laugh. Thank you to the Carls Jr staff for making this old man’s day.

7/29/2025 Stopped in here to get a bite. Staff were extra personable. Extremely helpful in recommending off their menu. Burger was exquisite. Dining area was neat and prepped for use. Facilties were clean and well maintained. Line was fairly short considering they were pretty occupied. Will surely return many times. Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Carl's Jr.! Extremely unprofessional, when I changed my mind on the drink, the Shift Leader Daniel said “Oh Damn”! And when I asked for ranch or any condiments they said they didn’t have anything other than ketchup! He was laughing with an other co worker and staring at us in the car while we waited for the food. Would not recommend coming to this Carls Jr. and definitely would rethink who you put in a leader position.
This Carl's Jr location is consistently a good place to pick up a burger, fries and drink when life gets busy and there is no time to cook. Every time I stop by I typically can get what I want and out the door in 5 minutes. Even if I use the drive thru.
While Im a huge fan of the jalapeño burgers, I've had other burgers at this location, and they all tasted yummy. The employees here are very kind and the food is hot. The shakes here are epic, too. If you're looking for a quick bite, this definitely is a great place to enjoy a burger.

This was our first visit and For sure the last !!! I just wasted $45 but thats ok lesson learned!
1- horrible customer service- first of all the employees look like they hate their job and hate themselves and hate us. they have a deal going on by one Famous burger get the 2nd one for a dollar, she still charged me for the second one full price and when I complained she couldnt explain it and when I tried to ask again she brushed me off and then I talked to another guy there he couldn’t explain too and then he just walked away in a rude away. 2- workers are not sanitary - they were making a shake, the milk’s lid fell into the shake then she grabbed it with her hands from my cup as if nothing happened !!! 3- very rude- when we picked up the food and decided to sit down they said “no eating here, only to go” which was very rude 4- food is not good - even the food was cold not worth the $45 we wasted there
I am restaurant owner myself and from experience this place is totally neglected and not attended to at all ! I am not sure where the hell is the owner or the manager to check this failing buisness ???

I like this Carl's Jr. because their food is consistantly good.The quality of their classic Famous Star hamburger is my favorite.Their milkshakes are natural looking and tasting and the fries are served with the skin on them which I like because I think that it is healthier.Also,the servers are all friendly and nice and the tables are for the most part clean. I also like that most of their tables are located by the window so you can look out of the window while you eat your meal.By the way,their chocolate cakes are delicious as is there cheesecake.
