I stopped here to get my mom a breakfast biscuit and egg sandwich. My day started out well. God gave me another day. When I arrived at the drive-thru a voice came over the speaker it was clear and precise. Good morning. How can I help you? I placed my order, and she asked all the right questions to up sell you on the food that was offered, which I did not mind. As I approached the window, it swung open, and I saw the woman behind the voice her name is Susie. Susie was very pleasant and respectable throughout the short time I was in the drive-thru. Her customer service skills are excellent. To the management team and owner of this Carl's Jr. You have a winner in Susie. To all of you who will read the post if you like Carl's Jr, and excellent customer service. Go see Susie and let her make your day.

Ordered a milkshake at this Carl’s Jr. and immediately noticed the milk tasted off. I came back thru the drive thru and informed the employee, who called over another staff member and mentioned that the milk had gone bad. I confirmed the issue, but instead of addressing my concern professionally, the second employee seemed irritated.
They retrieved the milk jug, though I couldn’t see the expiration date at all, employee insisted it wasn’t expired. However, another employee had already mentioned they had to get milk from 7-Eleven due to running out. Despite my concerns, there was no apology, just a refund. What bothered me most was the lack of concern for food safety; they simply put the questionable milk back in the fridge and not even sampling it.
This experience left me uneasy and disappointed about their food handling practices. I hope management takes food safety more seriously in the future.

Dangerous And one of the most dangerous places in America, I had zucchini fries and chicken tenders, horrible to say the least, the zucchini fries were squashed full of oil and all at least 2 days old, generally If they are fresh they are crispy, and the chiken were small pieces of 2 cm I don't think it was cicken. Tomorrow I will send the health department.
