Great team this morning. Hendrix was very kind and answered all my questions. He helped me decide on getting the lamb avocado bowl and it was a good choice, luckily enough I went in at a good time 11:30-12:30 and beat the rush that came in after i was finished eating.

Everytime I go to Cava I pray David is there. I have nothing but good things to say about him. David is very welcoming, kind, and efficient at preparing orders. David always makes my day that much better by simply asking how I’m doing and relating to me in a way most others don’t. He not only cares about his job, he cares about the customer’s experience as well. Thank you David!

BEWARE - you will not get what you ordered.
Of the last 3 online orders, I’ve gotten the right order exactly 0 times.
This location seems to have problems making the orders and handing the right order to delivery person. Today I got someone else’s order while my order is still sitting inside the store (as confirmed by calling the store).
No one seems to be supervising what the chefs are doing because in the past I’ve gotten wrong ingredients in my order too.
We will not be ordering from this location until it gets some serious help.
