Bread was fantastic which is key to a great cheesesteak. Staff was great and the food came out pretty quickly during a very busy time. A large sub combo will run you about $20. Reasonable for the area. Will definitely return!!!

Did an online order from the parking lot and walked in to wait, but my order was already ready when I walked in . The cheese on the cheesesteak wasn’t even fully melted and the separate side order of fries was under the cheesesteak and not in its own container. The fries were for someone else and had no way to give it to them. Next time please take the time to melt the cheese and not rush the order and also separate the food items from being in one box.

We ordered the California and old fashioned cheesesteaks. They were made with fresh bread, and the meat fell off of the bun. It was served piping hot from the grill. Yummy! We used to go to this place when it was in the Westside Pavilion. Dining here today was like meeting up with an old friend.

Parking: There is a huge free parking lot adjacent to the mall.

I came with someone else to buy a drink and some chips but I was honestly surprised by the very rude attitude of the cashier who served us. We did the satisfaction survey for which they gave us a drink and he did not want to give us the drink and continued with his rude attitude. Ask us about the manager and it turns out that the cashier is the manager too. He considered that it is not the attitude that a manager should have with clients. By the way, this person's name is Fernando.
