Did an online order from the parking lot and walked in to wait, but my order was already ready when I walked in . The cheese on the cheesesteak wasn’t even fully melted and the separate side order of fries was under the cheesesteak and not in its own container. The fries were for someone else and had no way to give it to them. Next time please take the time to melt the cheese and not rush the order and also separate the food items from being in one box.

We ordered the California and old fashioned cheesesteaks. They were made with fresh bread, and the meat fell off of the bun. It was served piping hot from the grill. Yummy! We used to go to this place when it was in the Westside Pavilion. Dining here today was like meeting up with an old friend.

Parking: There is a huge free parking lot adjacent to the mall.

This Charleys Philly Steaks located in the Food Terrence of the shopping mall, which is top floor of the mall. As the restaurant located inside they food court, you have to use their shared tables in the food court.The food here is nice, recommended the cheese fries here. Staffs are friendly, willing to explain the different between different kind of fries there
