I ordered an ice tea and the order came out quickly. The best ice tea I’ve ever had in my life. Customer service was great, Zoe recommended me the tea, she was the sweetest girl ever! 10/10 definitely coming back. So refreshing on a hot day🤩🤩🤩
My baseline is Wushiland Boba. We ALWAYS get our boba from there at Century City. The service at Cha Time Westfield Culver City was friendly, it was my first time to buy boba there, boba pearls were fresh, jelly fresh as well, but VERY, VERY overpriced

I used to love this place, but on Tuesday, the male employee working was INCREDIBLY rude to someone because they don’t speak english. They didn’t understand him, so in turn he didn’t offer accommodation and raised his voice at them. I will no longer be coming to Chatime. I am deeply disappointed.
