This has become one of my most favorite boba places ever! I've been to lots of boba places and I liked it but this place is fantastic. I always get the brown sugar boba milk tea and it beats any other brown sugar milk tea I've tried so far.

i was standing in line waiting to order at the register and shortly after the employees stopped taking orders at the touchpad they have. Because of this, the employees asked those customers who were at the touchpad to stand in front of me to order. after i explained that i was in line as well, the employee insisted that they stand in front on me. how is this okay? how is your solution to have customers cut in line in front of another customer? do better. this is unacceptable.

Thai tea with boba normal size came out to almost $7. Tasted nothing like Thai tea. Tasted very low quality/watered down. I thought about returning it but didn't bother because I didn't want to wait around again. Took quite some time for them to make my drink.

My son and I were treaded so disrespectful because we didn't want 50 percent or 100 percent sugar. The shift manager Gwen so accusing us of being manipulative for wanting to ask for our accommodation it was awful.

We have been going there since opening and always had no sugar added. Today, we went in and were told we couldn't do that anymore, and we had to have 50 percent sugar or 100 percent, and there were no modifications. Then we were referred to the shift manager, Gwen, who went on to degrade us for wanting to order no sugar and how it is corporate policy and turned us away for ordering calling us always needy. She remembered us from the last time we needed this as well. She already had an unpleasant demeanor when she approached us, and it just went south. She said we were not welcome there if we had these modifications and that it was disrespectful. Having a son with needs, he saw this and was mortified. This is our neighborhood mall, and we should not have to be disrespected by anyone at this level. So disappointed!!!! Additionally, whenever we were there, they got our drink order wrong, and we were so flexible.

Not good at all. Thai tea tasted like water and Thai tea slush didn’t taste at all good.
I guess Westfield Culver City will never have good boba. I tried Chatime with really big hopes for it, but it let me down quickly. The drinks were so sweet compared to other boba places. I would have given this place three stars, but they were extremely generous with the boba, so I'll give them four stars. I suggest getting boba somewhere else before coming to the mall if you are craving boba.

New boba place inside the Westfield Culver city mall.We tried the strawberry slushy and taro milk tea. The strawberry slushy was good. The taro milk tea was way too sweet! We should've asked for less sweet.The boba was on the harder texture which I didn't really like, I liked the softer ones. But they were generous with the boba.

Have tried this location a few times but the employees clearly don't know the menu and have entered/tried to charge me for the incorrect drink and then when I ordered 4 of the same drink, they ended up making it incorrectly. I hadn't realized until I got home and opened the bag so I had called them and they first tried to tell me that the drinks I got were what I ordered, and when I told them that wasn't the case and where to find the correct drink on the menu, they acknowledged their mistake and had said I would be refunded but then did not proceed with actually processing the refund. Would not recommend as even the manager doesn't seem to know the menu, service is incredibly slow, and you can't count on them even getting the order correct. Quite disappointing as I'm a boba fanatic and was excited that they finally opened a boba place nearby, but after trying it a few times, it's evident the employees don't know what they're doing and aren't able to get my (basic) order correct.
