Food is good, nothing to say, BUT. I feel like the United States is one of the countries that most values the customer service. This was not true in this case, where the waiters were not nice and kind. We are foreigners, we had no clue on how chipotle works, and the boy who served us our burrito seemed annoyed by it and did nothing to make us feel comfortable or explain things. Would like to see him in a foreign country where he doesn’t know the language and people were rude to him.

I asked a boy if he takes the order under his breath, he said here, he was making some orders and he ignored me until he finished his orders and then he barely spoke to ask what he wants in the buerrito, then a girl who takes charge with a face that doesn't even look at you didn't ask me if it was for takeout or to eat there they just threw it in a bag for me. They both had unfriendly faces, as if they were giving the customer the food, bad humor, they transmitted their bad vibes. What ugly ways.

One of the WORST Chipotles I have ever been to. They NEVER have iced tea. Always out. People seem miserable to work there.

This location denied me service on 12/14 5 minutes before their closing time. They had no customers in line and full pans of food still available, yet they would rather deny paying customers and throw away food so they could close early and get off of work whenever they feel like it.

I don’t know what time they open but it’s not 10am or 10:30. Employees will stand there watching you wait at the door without any signs saying what time they open. Don’t reply on google because it clearly isn’t accurate.

I’ve ordered online for pick up twice at this location and both times I’ve had well below a full bowl. This most recent time I easily had less than half a scoop of chicken and upon asking for more, the employee said that I should’ve ordered double instead. They still gave me more, but go anywhere else and save yourself the irritation.

I have been going to this Chipotle at the Westfield mall for over a year now. I hadn't been there in a few weeks. Bit there was a woman food preparer (young Hispanic woman in mid to late 20s...working day/lunch shift on 3/21/24) who was exceptionally rude she was talking at the speed of light asking what I wanted on my taco and bowl. Rushing for no reason when there was just myself and one other person I line at that time. There is no reason to rush customers. No one needs that type of hyperactive energy. And she told me that she didn't want to get me confused. And I told here she was the vonfused one BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT LISTENING DUE TO HRR RUSHING.I hope she was not the manager behaving in such an unprofessional manner. There were several other people there and no one addressed her. Everyone else on that shift were professional. But the fast talking, rushing staff needs more Training on professionalism.

This Chipotle consistently and by that I mean every day serves overcooked and burned food.The steak is ALWAYS overcooked and dry devoid of any tenderness and flavor, the chicken is usually burned, the grilled veggies ALWAYS look like they've been boiled and the barbacoa is so dry, it looks like a giant hair ball.It is so bad, I haven't been able to buy anything here in months and thus the reason why I don't even have a photo.As if this wasn't enough the staff is RUDE despite the fact that they're making more money now at our expense.That's right, prices went up to pay them more and instead of being grateful they act like the ingredients are coming out of their pockets.We are getting screwed because not only are they serving garbage, they're not even serving enough of it!The portions are miserable, despite the fact that their prices keep getting higher, especially at this location, which is more expensive than others.Most of their client base at this location obviously doesn't care how their food is prepared and will gladly eat leftovers from the day before and this is the only reason why they're still open.I on the other hand wouldn't feed this to my dog.This review is not an opinion.
