I come to this location often and they never fail me. The customer service and food are both great however they have an awesome employee by the name of Lupe that is always so kind and goes out of her way to help me. She is always kind and patient. Chipotle please recognize Lupe as one of your star employees please.

Rude & dirty.
I've never encountered such disrespect in my life. I simply asked Ethan for more rice, and he muttered something under his breath. When I asked him to repeat himself, he hurled a homophobic slur at me. I was so shocked and disgusted that I immediately walked out. It was a truly horrible experience.
Food haphazardly put together and then ineffectively packaged for take out.
To many better Mexican food options for me to return. I'll just drive a little farther.

On Saturday, December 20 at 8 pm, I went to the Chipotle restaurant at the Westfield Mall, we requested two orders and one of them the worker added avocado when he was told several times not to do so when we were going to eat, my daughter realized that they added avocado and lettuce that we did not order: when we returned to the restaurant the worker treated us very badly and beat my husband and did not return the remaining money! The problem would not be the return of the money, but rather she yelled at my husband and offered to hit him when he left work! Please, I appreciate you taking the corrective measures.
Opened store LATE on Black Friday of all days.... SMH pissed poor management.

Last couple months this one went down hill small portions never prepped enough food run out at lunch time long slow lines too many other real Mexican options/better food near by for that .
We have been getting our lunch and dinner from here many times but the employees are very cold and sometimes they do not care! They often serve without caring and by force! Their behavior and approach are definitely very bad! I can recommend it for the quality of the food but I never, ever recommend it for the employees!
