Chipotle Mexican Grill

Their system for points does not work, I went 3 times and scanned the bar code on my app and I never received my points. Very sad and disappointed. I felt cheated.

Rude & dirty.

I've never encountered such disrespect in my life. I simply asked Ethan for more rice, and he muttered something under his breath. When I asked him to repeat himself, he hurled a homophobic slur at me. I was so shocked and disgusted that I immediately walked out. It was a truly horrible experience.

Food haphazardly put together and then ineffectively packaged for take out.
To many better Mexican food options for me to return. I'll just drive a little farther.

On Saturday, December 20 at 8 pm, I went to the Chipotle restaurant at the Westfield Mall, we requested two orders and one of them the worker added avocado when he was told several times not to do so when we were going to eat, my daughter realized that they added avocado and lettuce that we did not order: when we returned to the restaurant the worker treated us very badly and beat my husband and did not return the remaining money! The problem would not be the return of the money, but rather she yelled at my husband and offered to hit him when he left work! Please, I appreciate you taking the corrective measures.

Opened store LATE on Black Friday of all days.... SMH pissed poor management.

Last couple months this one went down hill small portions never prepped enough food run out at lunch time long slow lines too many other real Mexican options/better food near by for that .

We have been getting our lunch and dinner from here many times but the employees are very cold and sometimes they do not care! They often serve without caring and by force! Their behavior and approach are definitely very bad! I can recommend it for the quality of the food but I never, ever recommend it for the employees!

They don’t put protein in the portion at all, and when you reprimand them, they charge you extra for meat.

I cannot explain how upsetting it is to keep trying new location buy i am convinced that the whole chain has gone to down ! The cashier at this location was so rude. I walked up and said i had a pick up order at 10 and they are not even open yet, so why did they take my money knowing i cant pick up at that time ? All he kept repeating was we are closed we are closed we are closed ok i get it but help me out in what to do next if i cant wait the half hour for them to open. Help me get a refund. I got no help. Contacted support and they said is we will look into it. The same answer ive gotten forever. DO BETTER CHIPOTPLE!!!!! My oder says ready for pickup, maps says its open, but its not.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this time I had too. The restaurant kitchen was so dirty. The food was cold and the corn I got on my bowl was really sour. I always get corn and it never tasted like this. The lobby was filthy as well. No type of cleaning was happening the 30 min I was there. The guy preparing my food was rude no hi what can I get you. The cashier was very quiet and did not speak to me at all. Only time she interacted with me was to tell me my total. First time and last time ever coming here. Maybe it was a bad day for them but I’m not giving it a second chance.
