A Cinnabon that still does it right! Too many other spots are serving dry rolls and skimping on the frosting, but this location is perfect. This is the standard that other locations need to follow

Nice Cinnabon! We had a fresh cinnamon roll right there, and it was soft, warm, and delicious. We also took a takeaway box with 16 mini rolls. Unfortunately, when we ate them the next day, they did not taste very fresh, even though the employee said they are good for a week.. perhaps they were already a few days old.
The location is on the second level, next to Target.

The worker was unprofessional and messed up my order. They also charged me a cup of water which is ridiculous and I spent like $20 for two cookies??

Came to order at 8:20 since I couldn’t do an online pickup and they said they were out of the shakes. They literally close at 9pm. Lazy
For some reason they didn't want to scan the barcode on my App for me to earn points. They said they don't scan the barcode I'd have to use the receipt. They said the barcode is only to redeem rewards. They were acting as if I couldn't read. It says clear as day to scan the barcode OR if you forget to use the receipt . It's really the principle of things for me lol. Maybe they both were genuinely ignorant or they are just choosing to not allow customers to earn points using the app. They were making comments with each other as I was leaving. I called to ask for the corporate # they said they didn’t have it and she hung up when I asked her name ??. Name on receipt is Jayda
Whoever was the baker on Saturday, June 1, 2024 around 2-4pm needs a raise! Literally the best cinnamon roll I’ve had at Cinnabon. Perfectly baked

Ordered through their app. Was in line to get the order from the pleasant uniformed employee. Male attendant not in uniform (possibly franchisee or manager) called me over and I said "I have an order for (my name). Had to repeat my name 4 times as he couldn't hear. Then he asked if I was meeting someone there and I repeated I had an order. He then chastised me that just repeating my name doesn't mean I have an order. He had kept asking my name. He walked away as I was explaining that I said that to him at the beginning. Hands me my food and drink. I ask for a straw and he states he put it in the sealed bag snidely. Sit down nearby and open bag, no straw. The other employee hands me a straw as I walk back in before I say anything.
