Came here to try the pastrami burrito and it was amazing! This had tater tots as the potato and it had a fried egg, cheese,
pickled jalapeños & deli mustard.

The sauce that comes with it also goes very well with it. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try their coffee but I would come back again just to try it and another burrito style.

The staff was very nice and the decor was neat. There is seating inside and outside....

Like some other folks here, I maybe went in with outsized expectations as Cofax was touted as the best breakfast burrito in LA to me as well. Maybe it is, but then there are no truly good breakfast burritos in LA (which I don’t believe). For me, the balance of the ingredients was just off. The bacon burrito is way too heavy on the bacon, turning it a bit dry and overly salty, to a point where it is almost inedible. You definitely need to add avocado to cut through the salt....

First the good:
Service staff were very friendly, and they even offered a donut hole to everyone. I ordered 3 breakfast burritos for myself and the family. The food was well seasoned, and the toasted tortilla was a plus

The best of the three was easily the bacon breakfast burrito because of the huge amount of bacon and there were little to no potatoes in it.

I am not against a potato in a breakfast burrito, but the chorizo and veggi...
