Five stars for the woman who worked there on Saturday. She made me my oreo, sweet cream and sprinkles on top. In a waffle cup. Kind of pricey but it hit the spot. Some women spotted me with my ice cream and commented on how good it looked. I told them where I got it. Little did they know how much effort I went through to get it. Ie all the driving and talking to other Cold Stones to find the best store.

I've been a longtime fan of Cold Stone, and my go to is the same without fail. It's vanilla ice cream with oreos, brownies, and bananas. I always order the Like it or Love it size and put it in the next size up cup. Why? The ice cream always overflows. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with this request. ENJOY!

There is nothing you can ever say wrong about cold stone ice cream. Lol But the location and the service was too tier. Disappointed they didn't really have an eating station outside or inside. Just 2 benches. One in and outside.

Review is purely for their ice cream cake as I haven't gotten ice cream at this location.I ordered a strawberry ice cream cake the day before I wanted to pick up. It was ready at the estimated pick up time and had no issues with pick up or service. My only issue with the cake was how uneven the layers were (see photo). I would think that they would be better at making more even layers or at least having the same amount of cake per slice, especially since it's almost $60 for the smallest cake. Doesn't change the flavor, which was still great, just the presentation.

I had a pre paid cold stone gift card someone bought me. The checkout girl at this cold stone said this location doesn't accept cold stone gift cards. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Don't come here.

First thing I noticed was how depressed the kids working there looked-- fair enough, the service industry is hard, but the vibe was straight-up funereal. The guy who helped me seemed especially unhappy about the whole situation, listlessly made me a scoop. $12 and change for a single scoop on a cone with 2 toppings seemed pretty outrageous, even for Culver City.On my way home I noticed he'd put the cone in a paper cone-- standard, I think, except that this one had been written on in pen and looked kinda... scuffed up. I tossed it to avoid licking it and then realized it was very, very necessary-- the waffle cone (kinda stale) had a pretty sizeable hole in the bottom. I dripped chocolate on my boots all the way home and then tossed what was left of the thing-- the marshmallows I'd asked for were *unbelievably* stale, like so dense they almost hurt to chew, and at that point I'd kind of gone off the whole thing.Last time I try to avoid the Salt & Straw line that's for sure, a weirdly unsettling experience.

Cold Stone is always such a treat. I'd give it a 5 star, but I do think the prices here are a bit high. $25 for two people seems excessive. The employees were great! No name tags and didn't have a chance to chat much as they weren't busy and attended us quickly and kindly!Parking is going to be tough in Culver City. Luckily we found street parking across the street, but be prepared to have your co-pilot snatch up your order, find some street parking, or hit the garages. Service was good. Cookie dough isn't as tasty as I expected it to be. Will be passing on that ingredient next time I stop by. First time trying the strawberry dipped chocolate flavor. Didn't have as much of a strawberry flavor as I wanted, but still good! I've got a soft spot for cold stone, just wish their prices were better!

With so many competitors, Cold Stone doesn't get enough love these days. However, this one remains a winner in my book. The vibe is sweet and the employees are pretty cool. On my last visit the guy who helped me was super nice and funny. I told him I'd leave a tip if he promised not to sing and we both had a good laugh. Turns out the employees are not forced to sing anymore which is cool because that was a bit much back in the day. My only gripe with Cold Stone is that the ice cream flavors and specialty combos NEVER change. I wish they'd add a few more options into the mix. Until then, I always get my usual Mud Pie Mojo in the "Love It" size and I sub half the coffee ice cream for vanilla. This location is definitely the preferred choice over the Pico/Westwood location. You can get your scoops to go or find a seat at the Culver Steps and enjoy the outdoor experience.

Why does this place have such a low review... that is ridiculous! The service was nothing short of spectacular. In fact the moment I stopped in, I felt like I was literally a celebrity. Each order is carefully to our exact specifications. They aervings extremely generous. Imagine an on overflowing ice cream mountain in each pint or container. Why do they even have lids, it practically is useless after the ice cream bulges out in quantit., in a good way of course ?. Thank you coldstone, you may be cold but you absolutely warm my heart. Ironic isn't it?

I should have paid more attention to how she mixed my ice cream. I got the cookie dough one and I had massive chunks of cookie dough in only part of my ice cream. It definitely needed to be mixed more! Also, it was melted. It wasn't worth the $22 for two love it sized ice creams.

Really bad customer service. They kept messing up my order and didn’t even apologize. When I asked another employee for help she ignored me…
