Today I was sold coffee so obviously watery that it just looked like beige water. The crewmember put the lid on the coffee as fast as she could, so she must have known and decided to sell it to me anyway.
If they had a problem, I'd prefer being told that the coffee is out to being sold a poor coffee for $4. This wasn't the first time I was sold very weak or very poor coffee here.
Absolutely killer pastries. Very authentic and the owner is so sweet! We will be back…. probably more than is healthy :)

I am in LOVE with this bakery. I ordered a princess cake for my partner's birthday and was SO pleasantly surprised after other cake buying experiences in LA that I would classify as "mediocre". I had the princess cake, and its delicious, fluffy, fresh, essence lifted up me and my partner's souls. It had the perfect balance of tarty, slightly chewy marzipan shell with many layers of velvety butter cream filling between spongy, most cakes. Ordering and pickup were fairly seamless (although the phone number doesn't appear to be working at the moment) and the prices and overall value are some of the best that I've experienced in LA bakery. Friendly courteous staff.

I was in the area meeting a customer for my bakery. The bright orange Copenhagen signage stands out. I like to support other small businesses. And, I wanted to grab something sweet for my daughter. I bought a slice of the Raspberry lemon mousse cake. While purchasing supplies at the beloved Gloria's Cake & Candy Supply store they mentioned how delicious the chocolate croissant was at Copenhagen. Of course I had to grab one. It was absolutely delicious. I was worried that I'd miss the chocolate filling. But, nope.
My daughter couldn't stop raving about their Lemon mousse cake. It is smooth, creamy, with chunks of raspberry on top and between a layers. It was very light and refreshing.

AMAZING!!!! One word covers it, the pastries are heaven sent, the owner was there in the morning that I brought my family in during a visit to LA and she was a wonderful woman, humble and gracious, my daughters were blown away by the goodies, maybe a high light of the whole trip!!! I ??? Copenhagen Pastry!! Being from Denmark myself and tried basically anything from Denmark in LA, including Solvang, this place is legit! They have "kransekage", a traditional Danish treat we eat for New Year's and they are not too sweet! A perfect treat for the coffee or even a gift with the traditional Danish/spandaur, "cinnamon bun", kringle and almond triangle (my personal favorite) ? and IF you feel VERY frisky, you should try the "rye bread" which is what us Danes use for our famous open sandwiches/smørrebrød (Google it?). A must try bakery with a true Dane as the owner!! The staff is ALWAYS very helpful and kind! I highly recommend to go there and try it out, especially the real Danish! I always say "you haven't tried a real Danish before you've tried the one from Copenhagen Pastry". Hands down the BEST Danish bakery in Los Angeles ?
