I am in LOVE with this bakery. I ordered a princess cake for my partner's birthday and was SO pleasantly surprised after other cake buying experiences in LA that I would classify as "mediocre". I had the princess cake, and its delicious, fluffy, fresh, essence lifted up me and my partner's souls. I was in the area meeting a customer for my bakery. The bright orange Copenhagen signage stands out. I like to support other small businesses. And, I wanted to grab something sweet for my daughter. I bought a slice of the Raspberry lemon mousse cake. While purchasing supplies at the beloved Gloria's Cake & Candy Supply store they mentioned how delicious the chocolate croissant was at Copenhagen. Of course I had to grab one.
