My first time here wasn’t impressed with the chicken at all didn’t care for the spice on the chicken and I ordered Dave’s hot honey and they didn’t put it on the chicken!!!

Every Time at the new north lake in Charlotte location the food comes cold out of the kitchen. Medium heat chicken comes out lacking any heat at all. Food should be hot when it leaves the kitchen but their normal is serving cold food. Cashier was grumpy as well. I am disappointed with this location. I would like my food Hot not cold!!!
