The croissants, pain au chocolate and pastries were all outstanding!!
The woman who rang me up was French, so I give them bonus points for that
Croissants were $5, and the pastries were $6 each

We stopped in to try their Kouign Amann. It was flaky, buttery, and had a nice carmel on the bottom. I understand why its considered one of the best in LA. We also got a quiche Lorraine. Unfortunately, even after 5-10 minutes back in the oven it was still ice cold. We each had a bite and threw the rest out. We have had much better elsewhere. They had a line out the door, the whole first 30 minutes they were open. They had 2 small tables inside and one outside.

I used to travel to the Glendale area to get croissants but this place is much closer and the quality I had here was better!!!! I got a chocolate croissant, a danish with raspberries, and a latte. 🥐☕️ The chocolate croissant was soft, flakey, buttery, and every bite had decadent chocolate which tasted high quality. the mouthfeel was on point 👌the raspberry danish had a flakey croissant-like pastry and a vanilla custard that was smooth, creamy, and had the most delicate flavors!!!! 🍮 It was like France and everything was so good I forgot about my coffee! 😳

I came around 30 minutes after they opened on a Saturday and there was no wait. Everything tasted fresh! The vibes are immaculately French 🇫🇷 (french cafe jazz in the bg!), their team is French and many of the customers spoke French to order. Most of the customers seemed like regulars that were raving about the things they ordered from their last visit. In the back they have a little shop room where they sell specialty items and apparel. The vibe in there is soooooo chic french and they even have a little table where you can drink your coffee in there!!! I thought it was so charming I loved it ☺️

Overall I’d definitely come back for the amazingly high quality pastries and low key, chic French vibes!!!! The prices are consistent with the Culver City arts district ($6.50 for a chocolate croissant 🫣) and you pay for what you get so it can be justified. I’d still come back, throw money at them, and try the quiches. 🤤

Definitely come when they open when everything is magical and FRESH!!!!✨✨✨✨

About as good a croissant as one can procure in this town. It was perfectly made, flakey, buttery, gently sweet, with complex yeasty notes. I’m not sure I’ll ever get over paying 5 dollars for a croissant (which is seems to be the going rate for good croissants in LA), but perhaps that’s a good thing, since I’m supposed to be on a diet.

The croissants are fabulous; flaky, not too sweet and soft inside, but the baguette is as good. Staff is chirpy, welcoming and efficient. Make you morning start there! It’s the best hidden coffee shop/bakery in LosAngeles!

I literally prayed for a place where I could enjoy the best coffee & pastries close to my new home to make my life more perfect. And I spotted this place within minutes. My plan is to try each item one day at a time and to be grateful for this answered prayer. It's the little things.

We happen to stumble upon this place on Easter Sunday and I’m so glad we did! The two ladies running the place were so lovely! The pastries were even more so, so buttery and delicious. The pain suisse was my personal fave.

Amazing pastries
I’m from Paris and they have the best pain suisse, so fresh and buttery!
Éclair au chocolat was divine!

My partner and I discovered this just by driving by. The unplanned stop was a great idea. Croissant Kouign Amman, and Ham & Cheese Croissant were all delectable. The amman had the perfect amount of crunchy caramelization on the bottom. Would go out of my way to return!!

Fantastic Kouign Amman and Chocolate Chip & Pecan Cookies. And they are the nicest people!
