Trouble with delivery (probably due to staffing) but the pizza is yummy

My experience with Johnny was very poor. I believe he’s a manager or lead. I received the wrong food but because I had eaten the correct half of the pizza already there was no way to prove the other half was actually wrong. His cook told him that he didn’t mess up the pizza and that was apparently all it took. He insinuated I was lying because his cook, Juan, couldn’t have possibly made a mistake. I work in food and I understand things happen. This store has made plenty of mistakes on orders that I’ve placed before and I’ve never said anything or cared because I know how it is. But this time other half of my pizza was for someone else and that’s why I finally decided I should call and let them know. And their reaction is to basically call me a liar. When I said I didn’t want the credit or refund anymore because it wasn’t worth the trouble or disrespect, it genuinely sounded like Johnny was getting a laugh out of the whole situation. It’s clear to me now why this location is so prone to mishaps. Their management has little regard for their customers. I wish I could say I wouldn’t eat here anymore but it’s local to me so I will continue to eat here. But I’ve learned my lesson. Every mistake, even the small ones I have let go time and time again, I will make sure to take pictures and call back immediately.

They have good fast food pizza but for a place that does delivery, they suck I don't get my order and all they will offer is a coupon. Make sure you get pick up because the delivery either can't find an address or keeps whatever you order

Why do they advertise any pizza any crust for $9.99 and when we go pick them up the price for two goes to almost $37.00 ? I’m sorry but if they don’t respect what it’s advertised they will lose customers like me.
