Growing up in Chicago Domino's was one of my favorites. Since moving to Cali (after trying dozens and dozens of random pizza spots) I exclusively order from Domino's. Carry out makes it so much more affordable with store coupons despite $3 increase on the 5 topping Large menu item I'm still in my feelings about. ???Parking: I've been lucky to find an open spot in the lot but it's a tight fit. Using a metered space on Sepulveda for 2 minutes is a much better option.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like pizza??Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to enter

Why does the Tracker or Text Updates even exist if they aren't going to use them?!Totally wasted my lunch break and got no food because you didn't communicate.Your lack of being able to use the services you provide have lost you a customer.

Am always satisfied with my food, but not this time, dominos disappointed me today I order a parmesan chicken sandwich and all I got was 3 pieces of chicken on just one side of the sandwich.I kept biting the sandwich hoping to find it on either sides until I open the sandwich and it was just cheese and marinara.?

Employees will do anything to avoid making your pizza. They refuse coupons, turn off online ordering three hours before store close, etc.Recommend going to a different franchise.

The location is absolutely great but the ordering online bit was a bit tedious. Wish the online prices were the same as the in-person ones.

This store just charged us $879 for one large pizza, good thing Our bank alerted us and when we told the clerk right there and then, jonathan the clerk said he cancelled the $879 and charged $8.79, but when the manager seban looked at the register, mngr said he cant find the $879 transaction, only the 8.79, not even the cancellation is not there. We showed to Seban the alert on our phone. Our bank says charged of $879 from dominoes, the receipt they handed to us says $8.79. What could it be?, hmmm, yup, you guessed it, of course the manager cant help, now we have to call our bank and go through the dispute process, thanks to dominoes, and since its a franchise store, we need to contact the private owner, great. A manager and clerk who was not and never apologetic about it. Manager didnt even call the clerk and ask him what happened. Instead seban just kept fiddling on the keyboard and kept saying its not here, very strange action if you ask me.

My review is based on a period of over a year, we probably order at least once a month. I always order the same exact pizza, here and there we order the pasta or one of the sandwiches. Service is always good, great staff. They have messed up my order once or twice but it gets corrected quickly. I would not suggest "delivery", it takes a long time and is not accurate at all: that's the only big negative if you don't want to drive. Just go pick it up. This is not a fine dining restaurant, is a quick bite. I don't understand how people expect royal treatment, and service. Is a pizza place!!! And use the app to order, if you are in a rush then you need to understand all food places can fall behind in a short notice either because of staffing, or rush orders. For me, the pizza is always consistent, staff is great, convenient and delicious.
