Ordered a smoothie for a pick up time using their online tool. Went to pick it up, nobody was working there. Waited for 15 minutes, still nobody. Talked to the Equinox manager and they said that online orders weren’t supposed to be taken. Tell me why I got a confirmation text saying my order would be ready soon?! The manager said that they would refund me. Then 45 minutes later, after I get home, I get a text saying my order is ready! Now they won’t give me a refund saying that my order was fulfilled. Don’t order here!!! Terrible service and terrible management

I bought a fruit cup at the Earth Bar in LAX because the fruit looked like there was a possibility that every piece might actually be ripe. I was pleasantly surprised to discover every piece was indeed ripe-kiwi, mango, pineapiple, and grapes. This is a first for me in mass-marketed fruit cups.
