Do not recommend. My friend & I went to try new place in our neighborhood in Culver City. Food was terrible lukewarm microwaved cold plate..rice & beans tastes like it was from a can. Price was 22$ for an enchilada. šOverall the server was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by being there. I know tonssssss of places in LA that have phenomenal food and service! Then she says they ādonāt have a drink menuā they only sell one house margarita which was 15$ and tasted like pre-mix. Iāll pay 100$ for a cocktail IF itās good and unfortunately this tasted like cheap tequila and premade drink mix. Not even fresh lime juice for a margarita? There are soooooo many great places in LA for Mexican food or Oaxanacan food. This place misses the mark in food taste, quality and service.

This is the Oaxacan/Mexican restaurant you wish you had in your neighborhood. Low key, quiet, festive, down home and kind, with food you would think someone made it at home for you and wanted you to feel special. You can get a knockout margarita there or bring your own champagne and wine (as I did). The service is outright sweet and gentle. The playlist worth tracking down. It is relax no reservation heaven. I hope I am not ruining it by writing about it.
Post Culver City Art Walk moment of, āhmm what do we eat?ā then choosing this Oaxacan gem nearby. Amazing mole, amazing food all around. Prices are great for LA, in our opinion. Will be back to try a different mole.

Had the black mole with chicken leg and thigh. I opted for rice and grilled vegetables. Everything was excellent! They also provided some warm corn tacos, which were perfect for any leftover mole on the plate. Iād absolutely come again and recommend this place to anyone!

We drove there on a Saturday at 2:30pm when it said it was open and it was closed, despite the sign with office hours stating theyād be open. Very disappointing

Best mole I've had, and the mole covered burrito was absolutely delicious! The thing that surprised me most was the grilled vegetables though! They were so good, the spices were fantastic and the veggies were grilled to perfection. Highly recommend!

The mole sauces are great! I especially like the red mole as it has a little kick to it, just perfect. If you get enchiladas, you can ask for both sauces and try them side by side. Carnitas is the way to go! Mexican hot chocolate is great too!

Weāre so glad we found this place! The cozy decor creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the food was absolutely wonderful. It reminded me of the kind of meals Iād enjoy at my auntās house in San Luis PotosĆ. I had the chicken fajitas and my boyfriend had the barbacoaāboth were full of flavor and delicious. Iād love to come back next time we visit LA.

So, so good! I was completely taken aback by how delicious the veggie fajitas were. I just ordered them because I didnāt feel like eating anything too heavy. I ate the whole thing and wiped the plate clean with their homemade corn tortillas. Definitely check this place out!

Absolutely delicious food. We had the black mole enchiladas and tacos. The enchiladas are stuffed so beautifully full of chicken. No filler. Excellent. Shrimp tacos are to die for. It takes a while to get service. The staff seem to mostly stay in the back.
