Been going here for more than 40 years and since the pandemic the portions have gotten smaller. Got the carnitas tostada and they didn’t put onions or sliced avocado or cheese like it used to have. They serve the food on the top side of the container lid which is smaller than the bottom, not sure why
Good food, at a reasonable price. Customer service was great!
Always amazing ❣️❣️❣️
This is a long overdue review. I’ve been to this restaurant for 8 years +++
The owners and staff are always wonderful, helpful, and polite
This is a true authentic, Mexican food restaurant (Pride Themselves Homestyle Authentic restaurant )
These photos were taken at 11:30 AM on a Monday morning because I was craving their delicious food . Hence, the reason why there’s no one in the restaurant. This place is always packed because the food is absolutely incredible.
The food quality is always incredible. Can’t say enough of how delicious this food is.
Thank you for maintaining such quality and excellence for these years ❣️

This is an outstanding local Mexican restaurant that has been around for many years. My wife and I have been going here since we started dating in 1985.
Loved the Abajeno burrito it's huge. 3 people can share that burrito. The carnitas tacos are my favorite
The look inside changed, but the customer service and food quality is still amazing. Been coming here since high school and glad that it is just as I remember then.
Bought a carne asada burrito For me and my 90-year-old mom and myself to share at home , It was very tough, didn't taste a whole lot of Flavor , lots of tough fat , Won't Be going back after $25.00 The chips and guacamole was okay still not A whole lot of flavor to be expected 😐
Authentic. Yummy. Good value.

The pandemic changed everything about this family staple . Generations have dined here w expectations that were always met. However, COVID changed it all like most things. We used to be served in porcelain dishes and real utensils and sit n talk and make memories whether it was a meal after church or lunch after practice it happened there now they give you your food in to go containers and send you on your merry way and by the way their food doesn’t travel well so all the styrofoam ruins it. Please bring the old ways back sincerely 4 generation kid who grew up going n instilled her kids to go to

I remember the dark-skinned Secury... Very good people ? I worked there in 2003 and the owners were very good people. The daughter helped me a lot in my learning. Luxury food, corn tamales at that time mm mm luxury. Good luck if the same owners remain.
Shrimp ceviche... Mmmm the cooked broth..... ? ? Luxury
Been eating here forever always getting the same stuff and tried something new today and it was amazing.
