i was here this morning and i have to say this is the best five guys i have been to so far. first off let me start off from the lady at the register. i am not a native english speaker,but she was very patient with me. She gave me really good recommendations on the food. These are the people we should give more credits to in customer service. and then for the food, 5stars for me. 100 percent sattisfied with it, will definetly be coming again,thank you five guys

Took my friend visiting from abroad to Five Guys for a classic American burger experience, and it was a hit! It’s one of those must-try spots when you’re in the States. The burgers were juicy and perfectly customizable, just how we like it, with fresh toppings piled high. My friend was especially stoked about the free peanuts you can scoop while waiting—definitely a fun touch that added to the vibe. The fries were crispy and plentiful, and the casual, no-frills atmosphere made it a great stop. Solid meal, great time—Five Guys never disappoints!

I ordered at 4/7/2025 at 11:26am and I been 5 guys for 5 years sense I been living in Los Angeles and I never had a cashier pick a size order for me and tell me their food only comes in small and I told cashier I wanted a medium and she chuckled and I asked her dose it only come in small and she said yeah and that they can add a extra pattie to it and she gave me a small size fries which the meal came out as $17 for a small combo and I find it unprofessional and I felt like she was body shamming me cause I did ask for a size medium and I didn't want make a scene or try go back and forth with her about it but I should of asked for her manger I felt it to be impolite to laugh in a customer face and pick their size order for the customer when the customer refuse it the first time and asked for the size they wanted and she didn't even asked me what size I wanted my combo to be when I told her my order the first time and I just think the cashier needs more training.
