I paid $43 to have 2 tiny portioned chicken bowls delivered. There was no cabbage, carrots , or broccoli. The bowls only contained rice and chicken. I've been going to this spot regularly since it first opened. Now I hate this place since customer service doesn't care. And here we are with a 1 star review for your BS service. You're welcome.

It seems they have received many customers taking food that isn't theirs and now the employees have to see your ID as well as have you fill out a form. Ain't got no time for that especially as a regular. They offered to let me take a photo of the form and my ID for faster service but I'd rather just go elsewhere. Won't be coming back. If you are picking up HAVE your ID, the confirmation order, and be prepared to fill out a form.

Flame Broiler has become my go-to spot for lunch...I pick up at least once a week. It's hard to find quick food options that include healthy things like a good portion of steamed vegetables and brown rice. Yum! The staff is very friendly too.
