Harold's Chicken

I had been wanting to go this place for the longest and finally did. It wasn’t crowded at all when I arrived and the lady who took my order was very helpful. She recommended the meal I chose. The food was cooked to order so it took some time but it was well worth it. The side servings were really small though. I don’t know if you can get a bigger size but I would suggest doing so. The food was good though. If you’re not going to dine in, I would suggest ordering before you go or you may be waiting a while. Overall, I would tell you to experience it yourself.

Parking: This place is located at the Westfield mall so there is parking, you just may have to walk a little bit.

Just visited for the first time. I asked an important question and the person at the counter looked at me like I have six heads. I have a life threatening allergy to shellfish and asked her about how the chicken and fries are cooked. She seemed annoyed that I asked. I asked for a meal and while I was paying I asked if it came with a drink, I could literally see her rolling her eyes. A meal is considered the entree, fries and a drink at least to my knowledge. Either way, I won’t visit again. 1/10 do not recommend.

Delivery-Overcooked, fries soggy, crusted piece of bread at bottom of container. Potato salad when we ordered Cole slaw. Inedible. Just close it down. It’s over. You had a good run.

Just drove all the way across town to get Harold’s Chicken, I live DTLA and they are CLOSED at 7pm on a Monday. I walk in and guy says that they are CLOSED.
Why do black restaurants do this? It is so unprofessional.🙄

Me and my wife were visiting L.A from Rochester, New York. We heard about Harold's fried Chicken and how awesome they were. So when we first arrived we made it our first priority to order from there. We were both excited to finally try Harold's but we were immediately grossed out because the chicken was extremely unseasoned and discolored. The sauce was also horrible! The sides were so small and skimpy you couldn't get a spoonful out of them. We really felt dissed!!! I will never recommend anybody to come to Harold's they are highly overrated. The food was so nasty it literally made my wife never want to come back to California.

I went in to try this place with my wife, it was nice and hot but baby for this to be a place of color where was the flavor to the food...I would never go back or even recommend this place to anyone....

First time visiting and the service as well as food is OVER THE TOP!! Cheyanne and cherry welcomed me with open arms the minute i walked in… but honey this fooooddddd babbbbby FIRE! If you haven’t paid a visit then do so IMMEDIATELY!!!

I had an outstanding experience with the customer service at Harold’s Kitchen, Carl and Cheyenne truly made it memorable! Not only did they go over and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect, their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Carl and Cheyanne took the time to listen to our preferences and even came out to chat with us about the dishes prepared. This duo was genuinely attentive and made sure we were happy with everything. It’s rare to see a staff so dedicated to both the craft of cooking and the art of customer service.

If you’re looking for a restaurant where you feel valued and cared for, Harold’s Kitchen is the place to be, thanks to Carl and Cheyanne. We can’t wait to return for another amazing meal!

I went to Harold's Chicken today because my son told me how great it is in Chicago this particular Harold's Chicken is not good I ordered the eight piece chicken wing fries and coleslaw, I do have to say thumbs up to them actually giving eight chicken whole wings however the fries were in pieces like they went in the back and cut them up and gave you a bunch of little tiny pieces of fries and set the chicken on top so it look like you had a whole lot of meal for $20 and the coleslaw was less than the ketchup with no spoon I rate this out of one it might be good in Chicago but I'm telling you guys for the soul food places and the way that we are cooking and eating good chicken this is not the place to go they need some regrouping good luck if you go there.

Harold’s chicken at the Culver City mall is the best black owned restaurant in all of SoCal!!! The workers/managers named Cheyenne, Mike, and Carl are absolutely the best, nicest, and go above and beyond to give customers the best satisfaction. I have been coming here everyday for the past week and I absolutely love their fried chicken, fries, and peach cobbler.
You ain’t had real chicken until you’ve eaten at Harold’s Chicken.

The Best Fried Chicken and Fish! Chefs are amazing and your food fresh and hot, as it should be!!! The staff overall made the experience better by making sure we ordered exactly what we wanted 5 stars!!!
