Harold's Chicken

This place was pretty good, the chicken is cooked to perfection! Extremely juicy and not salty. The french fries are kind of plain didn't have much flavor to them, potato salad was really good. Customer service was excellent, the restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms were extremely clean which I was surprised. If you're looking for some good fried chicken and not have a lot of seasoning but perfect season this is the place you definitely want to stop and check out.

I was born and raised in Chicago and they did not disappoint. The chicken was so fresh, and the pizza puff was amazing. This made me feel like I was at home eating Harold’s. Not only was the food amazing, the staff made me feel so welcomed and cared for. The manager Cheyenne was so kind and personable. She really cares about making customers happy. I will be back!

Hate to leave a bad review but… food was bland. The staff seemed like they didn’t really want to be there. I ordered a few wings and catfish, it was ok, it was kinda tasteless really. Best part was the catfish and fries. Maybe better seasoning and better sauces for dipping would help. It also took a pretty good while seeing there was nobody else in there. Overall, won’t back.

Hot, fresh, affordable, and the service was amazing! Our meal was much bigger than we thought it would be, so we had to take the leftovers to go! If I lived here, I'd love to visit more often! :)

Overrated. Fake Mac n cheese, collard greens full of stems hot sauce is not hot but sweet, red velvet cakes from the Bundt store. The manager acted like it was her first day on the job. She spoke unkindly to an employee. This was my first and last visit. I came bcuz I heard a TikTok creator say make a visit👎

The food was aaamazing!! But let me first say that they have the CLEANEST restroom I have EVER SEEN IN ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT THAT I HAVE SEEN IN MY ENTORE LIFE!!! The manager, Cheyenne keeps it clean and it looks immaculate!!!

Missing part of order, they never have coleslaw as shown on the menu. Previous order, no sauce included. (Seriously, that's thebest part)This order the wings were slightly burned. I am from Chicago , and this is a poor representation!
