I didn't eat in so I can't speak for the service and atmosphere but my friends took out a whole box of fried chicken. Don't know why anyone would ever take out fried chicken cuz the crisp turns soggy. But having said that, the CRUST is DIFFERENT and I DIDNT QUITE LIKE IT. I believe it has corn starch mixed with the flour so it's not your standard flour crust like most places, and you might not be used to or like how that affects the crunch and the shattering...
