The cashier Jerome, took my order while he was chit chatting with a young lady, I stood on the side waiting for my order came back 10 mins later just to find out the didn’t notified the girl working with him (Kaylee- might be misspelling her name) my order was no where prepped or ready. Jerome was all the time in his phone not looking professional or showing a clean appearance for a customer service job in the food industry.

Worker Jerome was in the back came out like wassup . I said we would like to order. Customer service is horrible and employee didn’t seem like he wanted to be at work today and should have called out. On top of that at 11:45 the ketchup container was empty. Once he received my order he didn’t even give me my total I had to ask ridiculous. Please train your employees on customer service !

Terrible service. They never have their lite lemonade. They don't put up an out of stock sign. So we wait in line every time only to be told they don't have it. Rudely. Every time.
