Personal favorite Ramen in Culver City is actually their Dry Ramen (which in reality does have a sauce.). Noodle quality is excellent on that dish.

Hands down, this is the best ramen on the west side. Had the pleasure of the culinary staff handling a waiting shift. Kudos to William from the kitchen.
Great vibe! Would have taken pictures but I ate everything way too quick. Visually appealing, and beyond tasty. Complex and creamy.
Had the nirvana karaka, sub chicken, add egg. Beyond stoked with the meal.
And again, William crushed (positively) the dining experience. Will be back solely on the costumer service awareness of William.

I had the Tonkotsu ramen and chicken karaage at Ippudo, and they were absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the karaage was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
The restaurant interior is beautiful and has a really nice atmosphere. Also, our server William was incredibly friendly and kind, which made the whole experience even better.
I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ordered the takoyaki and Akamaru modern ramen. Both flavorful and delicious. It's not the best, but very decent, local spot. Staff is very friendly and restaurant is clean and spacious.

I noticed a new ramen place in Culver City and saw some good reviews. I got the classic tonkatsu which was very good. Nice depth of flavor in the broth. I added pork belly and a salted egg. The only reason I knocked it a star was because after adding the extra pork belly and egg the price of the bowl ended up being around $40 (no drink or apps) which is very high. Also without the addition of the proteins the amount that does come with it seems rather light. I think most people would be wondering where’s the rest. But restaurant was clean, service good, and food was tasty. If you don’t mind the price for a bowl of ramen then I think you’ll like the place.

Ippudo used to be one of my favorite spots, especially for the buns and karaage. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The quality seems to have gone down. The chicken was dry and chewy, making it difficult to eat, and the pork bun had noticeably less meat than before. It really felt like corners were cut, and for the price point, it no longer feels worth it. I hope they reconsider these changes, because this place used to be great.
I went in the other day for lunch and the food was so good. There was a server named William that took real good care of me and my family. The experience was really good and my wife can’t stop talking about the broth in the ramen.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was compelled to today. Stopped in craving some ramen on a cold day and I was lucky enough to have William as a server. What a great experience! Friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. He welcomed me in like we were old friends. The food was spectacular and the service some of the best I've ever had. I cannot wait to come back.
