The epitome of incompetence. The pinnacle of classless. I worked here for 2 years and this establishment is nothing short of a disaster. The owner Michael comes in, can't be bothered to say hello to anyone or show any kind of gratitude for the people who keep his business running but instead barks out orders and commands as he sees fit, the height of insufferable micromanagement.
