First off they don't have any boba . It's supposed to be a boba spot without Any boba which is stupid . Then when I tried to pay they did not want to accept cash just card ? I definitely will not be coming back worse boba spot . Ps I had multiple drinks and they don't have any cup holders .

I tried to get a drink half sweet and it was basically just water. Went back and complained and got a full sweet one. It tasted terrible. Plus the boba was poor quality. Don’t eat here!

OK Jungle Boba. You had a lot of promise, and I was really excited to try your tea. I'm a little disappointed though. The place looks lovely, fresh, crisp and clean. I ordered the coffee milk boba and it was delicious enough, though weirdly room temperature. But my big problem was a lot of the tapioca balls were hard and stuck together so they wouldn't go up the straw. You guys need to maintain your boba properly so that this doesn't happen! A good boba place takes pride in their product by making sure that it not only tastes great, but the boba texture and consistency needs to be precise to function with the straw. Also, you should not charge the same price for a glass jar drink as you do for the plastic cup. You should give your customers the option to upgrade or not. Seems forceful to have to pay so much for a drink based on the cup, but not have a cheaper cup option. I would say fix these things and you would have an excellent business!

The music was K-pop and the walls were filled with k-pop posters. Definitely felt like it was a good boba places, which it was! There’s board games people can narrow and overall the service was nice. I didn’t like the boba pellets themselves but that doesn’t disqualify them as good boba! Just an opinion:) if in the mall, I would recommend stopping by here for a snack

MY FAVORITE BOBA PLACE EVER!! My kids and I always visit this place whenever we go to the mall. I have noticed that the boba tastes even better every time we go there. Once, I gave the staff a tip and it made the boba taste amazing! Please note, I am not a bot recommending tipping; I just wanted to share my positive experience. ? One problem though is the place is kind of small but its not a big deal considering they go pretty fast.
Kid-friendliness: Nice to the kids, let them order, smile at them. While they wait, they can play a quick board game since the boba doesn't take that long.

A friendly and delicious spot, had the Watermelon Lemonade Tea as well as the Jasmine Milk tea and it was absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of boba. The Watermelon lemonade tea has actual chunks of shaved watermelon right in the drink. The workers were very helpful and fast, overall, a wonderful experience!
Easily the freshest boba I’ve ever had, the vibe is very relaxing. Highly recommend coming here

the employee stood and talked on the phone for 5 minutes while customers were waiting for her and after that she said that boba was not available when I ran out of patience to wait for her. just unbelieveble
