First off they don't have any boba . It's supposed to be a boba spot without Any boba which is stupid . Then when I tried to pay they did not want to accept cash just card ? I definitely will not be coming back worse boba spot . Ps I had multiple drinks and they don't have any cup holders .

I tried to get a drink half sweet and it was basically just water. Went back and complained and got a full sweet one. It tasted terrible. Plus the boba was poor quality. Don’t eat here!

Okay, so anyone who knows me knows I LOVE BOBA TEA!!! I have consumed it on every continent. Facts! I ordered Jasmine Milk Tea at Jungle Boba and I got this (see pic). The first time I ignored it and gave them a second chance. Again I got this! Sorry, but this is NOT Boba Tea, let alone Jasmine Milk Tea. It is milk. There was no Jasmine flavor in this at all. The second time around I watched the young lady fill 1/4 cup with milk then she added a diluted liquid I presume was Jasmine Tea. Here is the thing, if you don't let the whole mix steep all you will taste is the milk and that is exactly how this tastes even 40 minutes later. You need to get the recipe right. Until then, this is a hard pass for me. There's better boba to be had in LA.

Boba was great! We got the 16oz and loved the drink cups. Also, the place has a great ambiance. Drinks came out in a timely manner and were high quality. Would come back if we were ever in the area!

I'm not sure why the negative reviews are complaining about hard boba... the boba here was soft, chewy, and tasty with a sweet taste like honey. It's one of my favorite places I've tried for the boba itself. Boba is 5/5! I usually go for milk teas but didn't want caffeine at night. As a result, I went for the strawberry banana smoothie instead. It had some nice nutty undertones and tasted different from a typical smoothie. Smoothie was 4/5. The boba barista was very sweet and attentive even though we got there near closing time! The atmosphere was great as well. Overall a very positive experience!

It had to been about 5-7 minutes left before closing. But I was craving a drink. The boba barista working on the closing shift was super sweet and helped my S/O and I get two drinks. I got the Mango Slush with Aloe Vera and my S/O got the Strawberry Banana smoothie with boba. We both loved our drinks we got! Will be back!

OK Jungle Boba. You had a lot of promise, and I was really excited to try your tea. I'm a little disappointed though. The place looks lovely, fresh, crisp and clean. I ordered the coffee milk boba and it was delicious enough, though weirdly room temperature. But my big problem was a lot of the tapioca balls were hard and stuck together so they wouldn't go up the straw. You guys need to maintain your boba properly so that this doesn't happen! A good boba place takes pride in their product by making sure that it not only tastes great, but the boba texture and consistency needs to be precise to function with the straw. Also, you should not charge the same price for a glass jar drink as you do for the plastic cup. You should give your customers the option to upgrade or not. Seems forceful to have to pay so much for a drink based on the cup, but not have a cheaper cup option. I would say fix these things and you would have an excellent business!

The only milk tea shop we had time for, and I regret going here so bad. First of all, I should've known this place was going to be bad, any place named "boba" referring to a drink would be. I ordered a strawberry matcha latte and my friend ordered a watermelon green tea with popping boba. She asked me "do you want boba in that?" And I said no. Tell me why when I got my drink, there was boba? Then I told her, but then she told the other girl? Then that girl looked at the receipts and said oh but you paid for boba. Huh??? Anyway, it was not good. It was terrible, bland, couldn't be considered a matcha latte by any means. There was no matcha and no strawberry. The watermelon green tea tasted like straight up mashed watermelon and that's it. And not even a sweet one. Also, they overcharged us. Not sure how, but it was about $1-2 over when we calculated it even with the additional topping that I DIDNT order, and with tax. The guy behind us had his drink messed up too. These girls are absolutely terrible at their jobs and have no care at all.

The music was K-pop and the walls were filled with k-pop posters. Definitely felt like it was a good boba places, which it was! There’s board games people can narrow and overall the service was nice. I didn’t like the boba pellets themselves but that doesn’t disqualify them as good boba! Just an opinion:) if in the mall, I would recommend stopping by here for a snack

MY FAVORITE BOBA PLACE EVER!! My kids and I always visit this place whenever we go to the mall. I have noticed that the boba tastes even better every time we go there. Once, I gave the staff a tip and it made the boba taste amazing! Please note, I am not a bot recommending tipping; I just wanted to share my positive experience. ? One problem though is the place is kind of small but its not a big deal considering they go pretty fast.Kid-friendliness: Nice to the kids, let them order, smile at them. While they wait, they can play a quick board game since the boba doesn't take that long.

Cool Boba spot in Fox Hills Mall. I've ordered a chocolate milk drink with boba before and it was amazing. It's warm inside but has an interesting decorative interior. The plant wall is a total vibe!! The person who took my order was sweet and welcoming, I would drop by again in the future.
