The staff who handed me the take out was the Worst. It was very exhausting hearing how right they are and kept insisting. So how much experience do they have to correct customers?
My prior experience was nothing to remember. The service is just not so great. Also, I got stomach issues from the chicken.

I think it’s really hard to screw Rotisserie chicken, but this place was able to achieve the art of having the worst Rotisserie check ever made. Under cooked, raw, terrible flavor, and disturbing sauces.

Do not order pickup from this location. When I arrived at the restaurant, order ETA was pushed back 40 minutes and I was charged for cancellation.

All food was cold
I love this place! Very healthy and great portions. The seasoning is also very good. I would absolutely love it if they were available on doordash pick up though since I get a company stipend for meals!

Love Kismet and have been a regular customer of the one in Los Feliz. Unfortunately the Culver is not managed well. I feel for the people who work there because they are under staffed. I ordered online and arrived when it said it would be ready but it wasn’t. 20 min later it still wasn’t. And there was a long line of people clearly not happy as well as more people coming in to make orders. I looked and there were 15 open tickets and two people working. Management needs to take some responsibility. Clearly from this screen shot they weren’t ready for the rush.
Ordered the chicken pita and was a bit disappointed. Chicken is cold and the pita + ingredients are not as flavorful.

Consistently great rotisserie chicken, fluffy pita, hummus, potatoes. Can get full of bros during weekday lunch so i get takeout.

Healthy rotisserie chicken with really yummy garlic sauce. Ordered takeout here for a girl’s night and got the combination for four, a green salad, and the combination for two. We had plenty of food and there were leftovers. The chicken was juicy and adding either the chili oil or the garlic sauce took it to the next level. I would suggest ordering extra garlic sauce. The salad was fresh and they give you pita bread on the side. The pickup process was easy and done online. There was some outdoor seating but this primarily seemed to be a grab and go spot. Metered street parking. Credit cards accepted.
